Complete efficiency of the staff. Advice for travel into city and other localities. Cleanliness of room. Nice layout of hotel. Breakfast choice was perfect. Restaurant food was excellent. Hamburg might be dull this time of year but the hotel gets top marks. Heating in the restaurant/breakfast room was too high. |

Very noisy room due to facing a busy road, then the bus tours loading up their passengers for the day right outside early in the morning - also it isn't possible to control turning the air-conditioning on/off from the room - have to ring down to reception |

Das überaus freundliche Personal war sehr auffallend Im Zimmer 602 ist der WC Spüldeckel nicht korrekt aufgesetzt (Wandabschluß) in der Saunadusche ist der Abfluß verstopft und man steht im Abwasser |

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett Die Damen welche für das Abräumen der Tische beim Frühstück zuständig ist. Ihr "herumgerenne" und Ihre stressige Art fanden wir etwas störend. |

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und auch ein Zimmerwechsel, da keine zwei Einzelbetten, war überhaupt gar kein Problem. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet!!! Die Nähe zum Bahnhof Altona ( 5 min Busfahrt) oder dem Nahverkehr direkt in die Innenstadt (Buslinie 3) nur 150 m entfernt. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Hatten sehr gute Tipps zur Hand. Besonderen Dank an Fr. Langer. Die Klimaanlage ist zu lasch, kühlte leider kaum. Frühstücksservice zu langsam, zu wenige Mitarbeiter. |
