Complete efficiency of the staff. Advice for travel into city and other localities. Cleanliness of room. Nice layout of hotel. Breakfast choice was perfect. Restaurant food was excellent. Hamburg might be dull this time of year but the hotel gets top marks. Heating in the restaurant/breakfast room was too high. |

Das Hotel ist gut mit öffentl. Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Frühstücksbuffett sehr gut es blieb kein Wunsch offen, schön wäre es wenn es im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen wäre. Es war ziemlich warm in den Zimmern und bei geöffneten Fenster kann man wegen des Straßenlärms schlecht schlafen. |

Conforto geral e localização com o autocarro próximo para as zonas mais centrais como Altona. Bom pequeno almoço. Tem poucas actividades de entretenimento e o restaurante é demasiado caro. |

Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, Tiefgarage, schalldichte Fenster, bequeme Betten. Rezeption rund um die Uhr. Liegt nicht ganz zentral, aber mit Bus und anschliessend U-Bahn ist man in 20 min. im Zentrum. |

Zeer uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijtbuffet. Mooie en comfortabele kamers. Het hotel ligt niet al te ver van het stadscentrum en van het voetbastadion van Hamburg.Gunstige ligging voor al wie met de wagen afreist. Bushalte dicht bij het hotel. |

Das überaus freundliche Personal war sehr auffallend Im Zimmer 602 ist der WC Spüldeckel nicht korrekt aufgesetzt (Wandabschluß) in der Saunadusche ist der Abfluß verstopft und man steht im Abwasser |
