Clean, very close to the historical center, quite Air condition was very noisy so I asked the staff to stop it. If I knew that I will not have AC most probably I would not choose this hotel. |

The hotel was really nice, confortable and well located. The room was large and business style. No noise even if we were at the first floor on the street side. Nothing...I would just suggest to put a coffee machine in the room..and larger bed linen! |

The location, friendliness of staff was perfect for me. I wanted to be close to the Altstadt and yet not in the traffic. NH for ideal The heating in the room was too high and was not adjustable. Couldnt sleep the whole nite due to the heat. |

Despite not being that close to centre of Cologne (about a 10-15min walk), the hotel was situated in a nice area along the Rhine. The hotel and room were very clean and extremely comfortable - especially the bed! The staff, although limited in English, were very helpful and advised us on where to go. Lack of complimentary facilities particularly for the price we paid. There was no tea or coffee in the room. Although it was advertised as offering free wireless internet, the only place where it was available was in the downstairs bar; internet in the rooms was wired and the rates were fairly expensive. |

Very clean, comfortable beds, nice wellness area. Short walk from Heumarket (10 min max). The heating/cooling system made too much noise. It can be stopped if you ask the reception. It was perfect afterwards (neither got hot nor cold). |

It is a very pleasant city, a cosy 'Altstadt", good shopping facilities, directly situated on the Rhein, much atmosphere during Chrismasseason. |

The reception staff did not seem to be aware of what had been confirmed in relation to our booking through booking.com - they continuously referred to original booking and even when explained and pointed out on a number of occasions that subsequent amendments had been made they kept reverting to the old and inaccurate information. They also charged one of our delegates directly and refused to re-credit his card |

rooms are nice and clean and the staff was pretty gentle, restaurant was oki had better but was worthy. Nice buisness hotel and very fuctioning. A/C totally not working, i mean not enough. Am hotel at this level should have a climate that actually works..was 28 degree in my room way too hot to sleep and i had to stay with windows open with all bugs and flys into the room...a huge no, in summer time ! |

The rooms were spacious, clean and bright. The location was great as it was short distance from the city centre and main attractions. Breakfast in the hotel was on the expensive side, but many options are available in restaurants nearby. |

The location near the Rhine There was no safe inside the room, you had to go to the reception for this. Check out at 12 is a bit early especialy for the weekend when you go out. At 1400 would be much better. If you openend the window there was too much noise of the traffic! |

Room is pretty spicious on size. It is a typical business hotel. There is no reception for BBC and CNN when we checked in even it is in program list. The staff never sorted it out during our three days stay. The hoel's location claimed close to main railway station with only 1.4 km away. There is no direct bus, metro to reach. You need one transfer with metro and 10 minutes walk. Or there is good 25 min walk through rever side to station. |

The hotel is right opposite the Chocolate Museam and only 10 -15 minute walk from the centre of town. A good choice for staying in Cologne. |

Professional staff, exellent room, cllean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the centre off the citty. For the price we payed it is a beautifull hotel. No, everything is beautifull. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well presented. When walking to the city centre it was not very far at all. Would stay there again. Near a busy road and construction going on across the road so was a little noisy. |

Loved the bathroom and the oh so comfortable chair in the bedroom, also the lighting It wasn't right in the centre which isn't a problem normally but with limited mobility at present we had to get a taxi into the old town. We found the public areas very 'sterile' and lacking a warm atmosphere. On the other hand the actual temperature throughout the hotel was too hot, especially in the breakfast room. We turned the a/c in our room as low as it could go and were still too warm |
