For a 4 * hotel I think you could expect a kettle and tea/coffee in the rooms,

The Sauna was real nice. The breakfast was good and there were many choices.

Check-in efficient but the city tax on departure cams as a surprise.

Pleasant hotel, but in rather a black hole in terms of easy access to public transport.

The location was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. We had a nice view as well.

Location was good once we were parked. Hotel room was good and clean. Staff were pleasant.

DO NOT TAKE A CAR. We were told on arrival that the hotel car park was full (bad start) but the adjacent public parking was cheaper and no problem. One hour later reversing in and out we were to find the public parking was also full even worse start, Back to the hotel and ended up parking in the harbour 1 km away across a bridge, two flights of steps and more expensive. Stressed before we got to our room. Wish we had stayed further out, parked with no problem, and got the tram in.

We enjoyed our stay , the main reason for our visit was the Christmas Markets. So the nh was in a perfect location.

The hotels location was ideal as we went for the christmas markets, very clean, hotel staff helpfull

The only thing that let it down was when we booked we asked for two non smoking rooms when we arrived we were told that there was no non smoking rooms left and the hotel was full. Unfortunatly the rooms did smell of smoke and we had to leave the windows open slightly this let in the traffic noise in

Good location, particularly for the river and the cathedral area of the city. Although externally the hotel looks unattractive, the rooms are excellent - quiet, comfortable and large for this price range. There was a very comprehensive range of good food for breakfast - albeit at a cost of 18 euros.

The garage was fine but not large and cannot be reserved. How close to the hotel one would be able to park if the garage was full was not clear.

It is a normal big 4* hotel as you expect them to be for the price paid. Very big choice at the breakfast buffet. Greatly located, in walking distance from the city center.

Expensive for what it was, an upgrade was required to get a kettle in your room, telly was small for this day and age

We arrived much earlier the day of check-in. The woman at the reception was so friendly, we could get a room that was already cleaned. The hotel is very central, 15 minutes away from the airport by taxi, 15 minutes away from the citycenter by walk. Rooms were simple and clean

The minibar was not cold.
