The hotels location was ideal as we went for the christmas markets, very clean, hotel staff helpfull The only thing that let it down was when we booked we asked for two non smoking rooms when we arrived we were told that there was no non smoking rooms left and the hotel was full. Unfortunatly the rooms did smell of smoke and we had to leave the windows open slightly this let in the traffic noise in

Good location, particularly for the river and the cathedral area of the city. Although externally the hotel looks unattractive, the rooms are excellent - quiet, comfortable and large for this price range. There was a very comprehensive range of good food for breakfast - albeit at a cost of 18 euros. The garage was fine but not large and cannot be reserved. How close to the hotel one would be able to park if the garage was full was not clear.

It is a normal big 4* hotel as you expect them to be for the price paid. Very big choice at the breakfast buffet. Greatly located, in walking distance from the city center.

The staffs attitude and cleanliness There were no wireless internet and the charge for internet was too highe. Also no booking for parking which caused us problem on the first day when arrived.

Nicely located hotel opposite the Chocolate Museum and the Rhine and within walking distance of the city center. Has all the normal services expected from a modern hotel. Refrigerator was not working and television was small and old (not flat screen), otherwise a modern room.

Lage ist perfekt! In ein paar Minuten ist man bei öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, oder man spaziert am Rhein entlang in die Altstadt. Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer, welches sauber war und alles bestens funktionierte. Auch war unser Zimmer ruhig gelegen. Wer Wert darauf legt: Das "alte" Fernsehermodell passte nicht zu der sonst, modernen Ausstattung. Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings mit 19 € meiner Meinung nach überhöht. Auch die Tiefgarage ist mit 17 € teuer. Die angegeben Parkplätze unter der Brücke (5 €) sind nicht sehr sicher und wurden nicht empfohlen. Aber sonst gab es nichts zu meckern!

Sauberkeit, Zenrumsnähe, Parkplatz im Haus, sehr gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück. Die Klimaanlage (Zimmer 243 ) konnte nicht reguliert werden, oder sie war defekt!

Fruhstück : gut aber überzogener Preis Tiefgarage : kein Hinweis bei der Einfahrt ob frei oder besetzt und wenn man dann nach der Einfahrt feststellt das alle Plätze belegt sind keine Möglichkeit der Rausfahrt bevor man sich an der Rezeption meldet. Sehr umständlich.

Unerhört teuer ist das Frühstück (19,- € pro Person), was mir aber bekannt war und ich daher auswärts gefrühstückt habe. Für diesen Preis bekommt man bei anderen Häusern schon ein komplettes Mittag- oder Abendessen.

Man ist morgens aus einem sehr bequemen Bett aufgestanden und hat direkt einen schönen Ausblick auf den Rhein und das Schokoladenmuseum gehabt ! Danach ging es zu einem sehr leckeren Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl ! Leider kam aus der Dusche nicht wirklich viel Wasser raus, wodurch das Duschen etwas länger gedauert hat als sonst !
