Friendly restaurant/ breakfast staff. Clean and tidy. Quiet. A bit of a challenge to find from the city, especially on foot. Reception staff not overly friendly. |

Good access from Highway and to the fair ground we reserved a non smoking room and there was a non smoking room sign at the door, but the room had a smoke smell. Elevators were not working properly |

The atitude of the bartenders team I coudn`t connet to internet in the room, because you don`t use a typical socket for connection ( like the phone) and you have not an adapter. This is not good for business!!!! In Romania, we use the usb cable for internet connection, the internet speed is very good with this usb cable. Next time we will choose another hotel because there is no bussines without internet. |

Auf Grund der Lage zum Messegelände ist das Hotel ein Optimum für Kongressteilnehmer. Stets wird man von den Mitarbeitern des Hotels höflich und korrekt behandelt. Der Preis für das Frühstücksbuffet steigt unaufhörlich. |

sehr freundliches Personal! Gutes Angebot für spät von der Messe kommende Gäste.So gibt es anbends bis in die Nacht hinein ein kleines Buffet mit warmen Speisen und eine ordentliche Bar Karte.Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer etwas überheizt, konnte man aber regeln.Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht so gut. es ist zwar ruhig, aber zur Messe weit zu laufen, eben nicht mal "über die Straße", man läuft stramm eine viertel Stunde an einer Straße entlang. Keine Chance, in einer Pause mal eben hinzugehen. Das erwartet man nicht wenn es heißt: bei der Messe gelegen.Und wenn man abends doch noch nach Leipzig möchte , ist die Anbindung an ÖPNV schlecht,die Sztraßenbahn fährt zwar auch nachts zur Messe, aber dann muss man im dunkeln den weiten Weg zum Hotel laufen. Für eine Frau nicht erstrebenswert. Bleibt nur das Taxi, das teuer ist nach Leipzig rein. |

Zimmer waren modern und sauber. Die Lage zur Messe ist ideal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber für 14 EUR etwas teuer. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas hellhörig. |

Freundlicher zuvorkommender Empfang. Ein sehr ruhiges Hotel in dem man Entspannung findet. Das man während des Aufenthaltes kein Auto braucht! Die Nähe zur Messe bzw. das man problemlos mit der S-Bahn in kürzester Zeit in der City ist. Restaurant - Bar - Empfang - einfach alles! |

Wir sind immer mit der Wahl des Hotels zufrieden! Es ist eben ein Business-Hotel und kein Designhotel. gerade Strukturen ohne Schnörkel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und die Bedienung wirklich sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Das trifft auf das Peronal an der Rezeption genauso zu. Sehr aufmerksam! Frühstücken bei schönem Wetter mit viel Luft zum atmen auf der Terrasse möglich. Für einen mehrtätigen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt bestens geeignet, jedoch für Familien mit Kindern hat es kein Flair. Aber dafür ist dieses Hotel ja auch nicht ausgelegt. |

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und es macht viel spass sich dort zu entspannen. Es besteht eine gute anbindung nach Leipzig und auch auf weitere Autobahnen richtung süden. Diesmal war man auch wesentlich freundlicher mir gegenüber und mir wurden auch meine punkte gutgeschrieben auf der Karte. Die Preise für die Tiefgarage (8 €) sind zu hoch dafür das wir Hotelgäste sind und das gilt nur für eine Nacht! Das war eindeutig das übelste. Die Parkplätze draussen waren schon mal gern voll besetzt. |
