Close to a4 motorway, clean and nicely decorated. Food in restaurant is also great and not too expensive! Staff polite and helpful.

Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Bett, Dusche mit Druck, Fenster zum Öffnen,opulentes Frühstück, genug Parkplätze, Lage zum Kongress günstig. Insgesamt ohne Pfiff; seelenlos, relativ überteuert. Endlos langer Gang mit Gepäck zum Zimmer. Mäßig freundliche wortkarge Mitarbeiter (u.A. Kaugummi während des Gespräches!). Keinerlei Broschüren in der Empfangshalle wie z.B. Stadtpläne, Fahrpläne, Prospekte von Ereignissen. Küche fantasielos.

Als Teil des Check-Ins wurden 2 Unterschriften erbeten ohne weiteren Kommentar, später stellt sich raus, dass eine davon die Erlaubnis war die persönlichen Daten für Werbezwecke zu misbrauchen / weiterzugeben.

Auf telefonische Nachfrage, ob noch ein Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht frei wäre, lautete die Antwort nicht unfreundlich, aber sehr bestimmend nein, alles ausgebucht. Reservierung über Internet war jedoch sofort möglich. Hatte die Dame ander Rezeption keine Lust nachzuschauen, oder werden telefonische Nachfragen grundsätzlich abgewimmelt ? Schade eigentlich, der Aufenthalt an sich war recht angenehm, aber trotzdem bleibt bei mir ein fader Beigeschmack. SERVICE fängt schon VOR der BUCHUNG an !

Es war alles einzigartig. Kurz und bündig, nur zu empfehlen!!! In allen Bereichen. Als Single, als Paar, als Familie. 4 Sterne-Hotel und mehr...., Trotz noch günstigem Preis. Die Mitarbeiter alle super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück und auch das Essen waren sehr gut, ebenfalls die gesamte Sauberkeit des Hotels . Eine tolle Städtetour an Ostern......

Nah an der Messe. Unkomplizierte online Buchung. Möglichkeit kurzfristig umzubuchen. Schönes Badezimmer. Gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Nicht so gute Wegschilderung, wenn man mit Tram 16 anreist. Zimmerlärmisolierung könnte besser sein (Aufzuggeräusch).

Obwohl das Hotel nicht auf Kinder ausgelegt ist, wurden unsere (9 und 11 Jahre) dort sehr nett behandelt. Das Personal war gut bezüglich glutenfreier Ernährung informiert, die meine Tochter benötigt, und auf unseren vorab geäußerten Wunsch hin wurde gf Brot für sie besorgt. Das Restaurantpersonal informierte uns sehr umsichtig über die gf Buffetspeisen. Die Leipziger Messe liegt sehr weit außerhalb, das Hotel ist von dort aus gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 5-10 Min), für Messebesucher ideal.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! WLAN nur in der Lobby für 30 min. gratis, sonst über all kostenpflichtig - € 5,95/Std. - das sollte in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse nicht sein. Auch sonst kostet alles extra, Zimmerservice + € 5,--, Hotelshuttle zur Messe kostenpflichtig, ......

Leider hat sich die Qualität des Frühstücksbuffet etwas verschlechtert und die Betten sind extrem wackelig, so dass ein ruhiges Schlafen nicht so richtig möglich war. Matratzen so ohlala...:-((

Frühstück für 16,00 ! Euro pro Person. Ich konnte leider nicht feststellen, was diesen Preis rechtfertigt. Standard-Frühstücksbuffet ohne Extras oder Highlights. Für meine Begriffe überteuert. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen.

нет бесплатного WiFi, хотя на рецепшене можно попросить предоставить бесплатно 30 минут,при том что сигнал будет действовать только в холле на 1 этаже. достаточно трудно найти, если пользоваться общественном транспортом. нет указателей ни на улицу, ни на отель. от центрального вокзала доехать можно только на трамвае №16 до конечной остановки: мessegelaende, затем пройти влево относительно направления движения около 10 мин. для путешествия на автомобиле - идеальный вариант. завтраки предлагаются по космической цене - 19 евро за человека, в городе завтраки стоят от 3.5 евро. номера просторные, чистые, персонал вежливый.
