Very kind young staff in reception, bar and breakfast.

The room I had was the one over the main entrance: very noisy, even late at night. The breakfast is extremely expensive (21€) and the parking is hard to get in and also to get out. Very small gym.

Conveniently located to Congress Centre.

Great location. Quick and easy by train from the airport. Short walk to the station. Short walk to the Messe. regular trains direct into the city centre. The hotel was also very comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.Spotlessly clean. Good quality and wide choice of breakfast.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room (unless you book a superior room) and nowhere to get tea or coffee unless you order through expensive room service. I like a cup of tea when I wake up in the morning so this is a big shame. Not a great deal to see or do in the immediate area as the hotel is in the middle of a commercial estate. I did, however, find a nice little trattoria and a supermarket within walking distance.

The cost of breakfast was high and the bar area was a bit small.

I did not liked the friendliness of employees ,sometimes I was in situations to see that they are tired or not to much in the mood to speak in english or to give me some informations about the city Munich,I get the impression that I was to much boring for them.

Friendly staff (Khalid), clean airy room, good location

The hotel was in an excellent location for us, just off the main motorway on the way past Munich on our home, an excellent not far off the route stop off.

The Hotel room was excelant value for mony, the bin in the main seating area had an empty food container and a few other small bits in. Attention to detail by the cleaning staff was missed here, but this small over sight didn't detract from the otherwise excellent cleanliness, we also did not complain as it did not feel right to do so over a trivial matter.

Fair value, would stay here again.

Some not so polite International guests, WiFi could be better.

Unfreundliches Personal sowohl am Empfang als auch im Fruehstuecksservice. Wir fuehlten uns die gesamte Zeit ueber nicht willkommen. Der Servicegedanke der Mitarbeiter fehlt.

Non réaction lorsque nous avons constaté que chambre préparée pour une personne et non deux!! Réaction au bout du 3ème jour!!!!

Zelf fout in boeking gemaakt. Dit gemerkt maand voor datum van aankomst. Zowel Booking.com maar vooral nh Hotels waren niet bereid mij tegemoet te komen.

Specifiek geboekt om kamers met 2 aparte bedden, bij aankomst waren deze er niet en was er ook geen mogelijkheid meer om aan te passen.

Vicinissimo alla fiera, colazione ottima, veramente abbondante. Zona tranquilla

Super großes Zimmer

Hätte für 680€ für 2 Nächte etwas besseres erhoft Die Reservierung wurde nicht gefunden, leider nur ein mini Schrank nur für eine Person, TV aus den 90er Jahren kein LCD oder Plasma un d mit einer größe von ca. 56 cm und 4 Metern entfernung kaum etwas zusehnn. Sauberkeit des Schreibtisches nicht zubeschreiben, Glasränder und Kringel bzw. Flecke von Wochen. Um 15 Uhr Bademantel an der Rezeption für die Suna geholt, da die Sauna erst ab 17 Uhr geöffnet ist hatten wir noch etwas Zeit Doch um 17:15 Uhr war die Sauna noch geschlossen, also runter aufs Zimmer, Reception gerufen und man sagte uns es kommt jemand der sich um "alles kümmert". Wir wieder hoch zum Wellnes bereich wo auch jemand sofort kam. eröffnette den Bereich wünschte uns viel spass und verschwand. Doch leider vergass er die Saunatüren zuschliessen bzw diese anzustellen. also kein Sauna vergnügen. Nach einer beschwerde an der Rezeption wollte man sich erkenntlich zeigen ( warten wir bis heute drauf). Am folggenden Tag haben wir das gleiche Spiel noch einmal probiert, mit dem selben Ergebniss, Wir haben bis 17:20 Uhr vor dem Saunabereich gewartet doch leider war er geschlossen. Im Frühstücksbereich sollte doch auch mal unter den Kühleinheiten saubergemacht werden. Beim Besteck kann man ja schauen bis man etwas sauberes findet.

die Speiseräume u. Bar sind sehr laut wenn viele Leute drin sind.

Plus d'une heure et quart d'attente pour ne pas être servi au restaurant lors d'un éventuel dîner. Personnel du restaurant pas très pro !

Einige Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich Zimmer insgesamt sauber und komfortabel man ist schnell mit der Bahn in der Stadt

Service ist sehr schwankend im Hotel (Tabletts werden einfach auf unserem Tisch abgestellt ohne zu fragen, Gläser sofort nach dem Austrinken entfernt, beides no go im Gastrobereich, abhängig von der Servicekraft, muss aber von einem Supervisor angelernt werden) Handtücher im Badezimmer immer anders aufgehängt, keine Einheitlichkeit Bei Regen kein SAT Empfang mehr, Röhrenfernseher sollte durch Flachbildfernseher ersetzt werden (entspricht einfach nicht mehr dem Standard), Frühstücksbuffet extrem unübersichtlich (Schalen und Löffel für Cornflakes in einem völlig anderen Bereich, Dinge, die zusammen gehören, sollten auch zusammen stehen).
