Very expensive for what you got

While there isn't a lot happening around the hotel, the location is great. The S-bahn is an easy 5-8min walk and just a few stops to Marienplatz and the centre of town and equally easy 40min journey to and from the airport (weekenders note; trains can be 20mins apart on Sundays). If you plan on arriving late at night, like we did, make sure you print off the street map as the hotel is not easily found the first time in the dark and we missed the short cut path. The room was a good size, clean with comfortable beds, all top quality. The hotel staff were helpful, efficient with excellent English and there was no problem to leave our bags after checking out all day while we spent our last day sightseeing. Highly recommended.

Great breakfast, good cleanliness standards, nice simple room, both free and charged parking available, good location and quick to get into downtown Munich

Some restaurant staff were rude, internet connection in room was over-priced (should be included in room price), had problems with TV for first 2 days

the position of the hotel is suitable for the fair, but a bit far from the centre of munich. it has good connection with the public transportation during the day. the breakfast is too expensive

No tee-coffee facilities at the room, bottled water supplied to the room is too expencive

the rate they charged me is 20 euro higher than I booked at first, they asked me to show proof when I asked them to change, but I have no time to open my luggage, start my laptop to let them see the confirmation. so I have to pay 20 euro more. I wonder why they do not know the right rate, I never met this problem in the past when I using booking.

Trotz Messe war das Restaurant mit nicht ausreichendem Personal besetzt - Wartezeiten. Wegen der langen Wege von der Küche würde das Personal besser Kilometergeld erhalten. Sie waren trotz der Mühen sehr freundlich. Unpassende, unförmige Teller (zu groß, zwei Platten sich gegegüber sitzender Personen waren größer als der Tisch
