I liked the convenient location relative to the Hauptbahnhof and the Altstadt, also the cleanliness. One small problem when checking out. The desk clerk kept sying we were there nine nights instead of eight. After that was straightened out she kept insisting I still owed an additional 300 euros, but never told me why. Finally, we asked for a supervisor and everything was settled. It turned out the extra 300 was for breakfast every day, which I did not book, and about which nothing was ever mentioned at check-in, nor did we ever eat breakfast there |

Comfortable and within easy walking distance of the Aldstadt for the Christkindlesmarkt, this hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Despite its proximity to the Hauptbahnhof (main train station) and being very close to the U-Bahn you cannot hear the trains through the double glazed windows and the rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. The breakfast buffet was included in our rate and was well worth it. The Meridian Grand is about 300m nearer town and we popped in for half price cocktails between 5pm and 7pm - a good tip! For those who want character and a bit of traditional Bavarian style in their hotel, the NH Nuremberg is not for you. This is strictly a business hotel, you could be anywhere in the world. |

Clean and comfort room Being allocated a room on arrival, later on return to hotel could not access room and was informed I was not allocated that room. After about 20 mins it was resolved and I received an apology, but to be told it was myself that had made the mistake was pretty condescending. |

The style and comfort of the room, bed, and pillows was amazing!! The location was excellent! Only a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and places to drink great German beer!! The speed of the computers to check in for flights was terrible. It took us an hour to do it and another couple couldn't even do it. There has to be a better location for those computers other than in the restaurant and certainly a faster speed!! |

This is one of the most wonderful hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms are immaculate; the lobby is elegant in a very modern sense. The staff goes out of their way to help. It was perfect. I couldn't believe the price was so low for such a perfectly situated, elegant hotel! |

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were beautiful and the hotel as a whole was spacious and well designed. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. |

clean spacious room, modern design, very close to the train station, check-out at 5 on Sunday, rich breakfast buffet, helpful staff located on a busy street alongside the rail tracks, no view, no sense of the city, neighborhood a bit deserted at night, internet in the room 6 euros per hour, no bath products except for soap and sapmoo |

Located very handy for city-shopping; railway station nearby with other types of transport close-to as well (ie bus & tram). Didn't try the restaurant except for breakfast ... ausgezeichnet! Enjoyed it so much I didn't need lunch!! :-( |

The modern aesthetic of the hotel. The comfy bed! While the cardio machines in the fitness center were of high quality, the fitness center did not have a single free weigh or weight machine. Because of this, I would not stay here in the future. Also, the room service menu is very limited. |

My colleagues and I moved to your hotel after 1 night at The Meridien, which claims to be a 5 star hotel. NH Hotel was much nicer, cleaner and more modern. We were happy that we chose to move and will be staying w/ you again next week. Rooms did not have irons or cords to connect to the internet. |

This is a modern and stylish hotel, just a couple of walking minutes from the city. It is simple ridicules to charge customers for in-room Internet access in a four star hotel. The price for the breakfast is also much too high. |

I arrived on the overnight train and was able to check in at nine o'clock in the morning. The kitchen staff cooked me a special early breakfast in addition to the buffet breakfast at no extra charge. All the staff were incredibly friendly. |
