Excellent location within the city centre and very good value for money. Rooms very clean. Would recommend hotel. When reservation was made asked for two single rooms near each other - they were actually on different floors. When we asked the Receptionist about this we were told they did not have rooms available near each other, although the hotel did not seem that busy. Furniture did not seem very sturdy; when the wardrobe doors were opened in both rooms the handles fell off , the drawer was broken on wardrobe and could not be used. Hotel on main road so could be quite noisy at night if windows were open. |

Excellent location - right by the old town. Room large by Dusseldorf standards. Room was over breakfast room. Woken at 4.30am when they began to move the furniture. |

The location of the Hotel was perfect. It was literally a hop skip and a jump. At the back of the hotel was Old town (Alstadt) and in front was Konigsalle (Shopping district) and by the side was the underground train station. The hotel was clean and rooms were quite comfortable and Breakfast was quite good! It was real value for money. |

Wonderful location close to City center, Koningsalle and other democratic-price shops :) Very comfortable room with well-found shower.We dont like flat pillow, small breakfast room full of people. No conditioner in warm time could be a problem improve lift system |

All of the the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal - next to the Banhof gardens, the Altstadt and the underground station. Only one bedside lamp for 2 people - maybe most of your guests are single business people.The shower needs replacing. Most importantly the inner courtyard needs to be cleaned and covered with plants - it was dirty at the time of our visit. |

Good location.Quiet big room. Asked deposite for TV remote. Hotel doesn't have a parking. End up to pay for it 25 Euro for a day. |

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now while on business in Dusseldorf. It's a great place with really comfortable and spacious rooms. It's also in an excellent location, just round the corner from the Altstadt (but just out of range of the noise). Highly recommended. |

Excelent location. Very good and complete breakfeast buffet. Provide more help to tourists new in town. Some basics extras should be included (phone, tv remote, hairdryer) in rooms. |

The staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel was very convenient, being just a few minutes walk from the Old Town and about 30 yards from the underground station. The choice at breakfast was very good and even included smoked salmon.It was excellent value for money and we would definately stay there again |

The location was excellent, right next to an underground station for easy access to the rest of Dusseldoft and in the heart of the Altstadt where all the nightlife is, as well as being close to the Rhein. The buffet breakfast was also very good, there was a large selection of cold meats, yoghurt and fruits, cereals as well as a cooked breakfast. |

Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast.. Cleaning ladies woke me up a bit too early in the morning. I could not find any info card like 'do not disturb', so I made it myself later! |
