Air conditioning did not work. Pillows are TERRIBLE - I needed to ask for 4 extra to just make-up one.

- The Design of the Hotel is great - very modern. - The room are spacious - Free Wi-Fi

- The breakfast was 20 euro (around 24 american dollars) per person which is on the high side. Especially considering the hotel is not a resort or a 5 star hotel.

Internet access is too slow.. Cleaning rooms is too late .. shutle bus should be free for customers . No coffe at rooms

The pool area, although small, is very nice. Lovely reception area.

The room could have been cleaner and more inviting. The furnishings were a little worn. The food was far too expensive and poor quality (processed burgers for example). The location is not good for shopping or site-seeing. It seems primarily to be a business hotel. As with all German hotels, there is no kettle or tea/coffee. We received a strange and unpleasant phone call late at night from another guest - on informing the staff, they were not particularly interested.

The WIFI is slow (128 KBit/s), volume restricted (100MB per session) but free. You can get session passwords for free at the reception. The speed/volume is ok for doing your email or minor surfing. But if you are in the middle of a skype conference and need to reconnect, because your 100 MB are used, that sucks. Also if you do some researching online your 100MB are used up pretty quickly, because most websites today have a ton of rich content if you want it or not. We were doing a seminar there and I guess I used 6-10 sessions a day. Don't know why most hotest stick to this swisscom service. It is slow and not really up to date when it comes to volume and speed.

Everything , size of rooms , etc and amazing value , a perfect hotel

Good size room, comfortable. Nice full size bath and decent bathroom. Free Wifi which was reliable. Plenty of parking Nice leisure facilities with good pool and sauna

Food seemed expensive so we ate at very nice steakhouse down the road.

Good connection with S-bahn (15 minutes walk or 2-3 minutes by taxi) towards the city centre. Also, besides the usual service it is very nice that hotel has a pool and a gym.

- Try and pre-book breakfast as very expensive paying on the day (allthough not indifferent from other Hotels)

Ridiculously expensive over priced breakfast, especially when the hot food was cool/cold- not acceptable for such a high price. Would you pay 20 euros for that? What if I just wanted a juice and toast/continental breakfast. Its a rip off and would possible stop me from staying again. 10 euro almost ok, and say 5euro for a quick breakfast. I didn't eat at the hotel as there were better value places nearby. I paid the same for a steak meal as I did for breakfast!!

Wish there was a cheaper breakfast option. As vegetarians and poor eaters we found the breakfast very expensive.

The staff was nice and the lobby was very nice as well as the restaurant. The pool and sauna were nice. The neighborhood is cure.

The rooms aren't as nice as they look in the pictures. My room was a very long walk from the elevator. The hallways are very ugly.

Convenient shuttle to the airport. Restaurants within easy walking.

Abgelaufene Getränke in minibar, keine Handtücher im Zimmer, Pool war schwer zu finden, da nicht ausgeschildert, langsames Internet.

Zimmergröße war gut, Betten sehr bequem, Geräuschkulisse in Ordnung, Preis-Leistung passt vollkommen.

Die Sauberkeit!! Tagesdecke total verfusselt und staubig, Lampen total staubig, am besten nicht unters Bett schauen. Für Allergiker nicht zu empfehlen!!
