It was excellent value. A bit far from town but easily accessible by bus. We did not bother with breakfast as 13 euros is too much. We used the nearby bakery/pastry shop about 100 yards away where you could have coffee, ham rolls etc for under 5 euros. We did have an evening meal at the hotel and it was very satisfactory. We thought the nice deep baths were very welcome after a busy day. The rooms /decor/carpeting had seen better days, but you could not fault the hotel for value. The tv was a bit old and I thought it would have been nice to have at least one English channel E.G. bbc or cnn.i was disappointed they charged 10 euros for an early check-in.

Staff availability and the large size of the room was top. Room price was really fair. Hotel is 400meters away from Trier Arena. the sound of a power generator or the air con on Mosel's side at night. At least I had air plug...

The weather!! Window didn't close. Repeated request didn't fix the problem. Free WiFi internet? Forget it: only 30 min, in the lobby, extremely slow!! Forget the breakfast: for Euro 12 it's not worth it. In fact, this is a worn out hotel, looks like an old East German bunker

After having to move rooms as there was a very bad smell in the first room, we were very disappointed that there were no coffee or tea facilities in our room. We were travelling with my parents who are over 60, and have never spent a night apart or sleep in seperate beds, but like us too had no choice in this hotel. We were told if we wanted double rooms we would have to wait, and after travelling for 6 hours, we were all tired and just took the rooms which were available.

Whilst the hotel was slightly out of Trier it was only a short walk to the centre. The staff were very welcoming and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel sat on the side of the river Reine and the views were beautiful.

The room was big. No directions for public trnasport were provided during the booking. The hotel is far away from the center, bus connection is poor on weekends, although the bus stop is near if you know how to find it (go through the tunnel under the highway). Better to pay 20 euros more and stay in the center.

We only stayed one night which was a shame. But the location right on the bank of the river was beautiful. We were on the 11th floor so great view. We had a couple of lovely walks a long the path next to the river. Breakfast was I thought expensive at 13 euro each. So we walked 200 metres along the river to a large supemarket that had a lovely bakery and other food outlets.

The hotel was a really price to value ratio. The staff was amazing and they were more than accomodating. It was easy to use the bus to get into the city, but its location was still not great. It took about 35 minutes to walk from Porta Nigra and was out of the way from all of the tourist sites. It was not too big of a deal though, you just had to plan around the bus schedule.

Comfortable, clean, nice interior. Staff at reception spoke good English and were very helpful. We had a nice view of the Moselriver. It is a bit far from the city centre and tourist attractions, but we've managed to walk there and back. Also no English channels except for cnn on the tv, but this is what we've encountered at all other hotels in this area.

It's a value for money-hotel. You pay little, you get enough if you don't expect modern comforts. The bed is probably OK for most people (I would have liked it a bit harder), but the pillows are not.

Free parking at the hotel. We actually had large separate beds.Very reasonable prices. The food at the restaurant wasn't always up to par. There is no air conditioning. However, they will supply a small fan. Internet reception was in the lobby, and was slow reception. However, it was very reaonably priced, just the same.

Good value for money. Access to the city good. Lovely view of the Mosel. No air conditioning so I can imagine it will be very hot in the summer months. Mosquito netting would help as the proximity to the river means lots of insects if you leave a window open.

The Hotel staff and view to the river. I want to point out that it was not eassy to find the Hotel. On the other hand, there is not direct access from the parking area to the Hotel. But, for that price, I find it as a good deal.
