Close to our destination. We had a half roll of toilet paper. We had a smoking room and had to get an ash tray from the front desk. We waited to get a drink outside and the waiter walked by us (possibly because we were in gothic attire. The morning of departure we waited twenty minutes for a coffee and could not locate the waiter. |

It was good value for money and although not within walking distance of town, a taxi cost approx.€10 between 4 of us and I believe you can get a bus as well, although they are not very frequent at the weekends I travelled with people who didn't speak english and I think they had difficulty communicating with hotel staff. |

Excellent big rooms, great breakfast with a variety of food to choose from, quiet and clean, free car park, beautiful view on the Mosel. I would definitely stay there again. |

The hotel was very close to the bus stop to get to the airport, as well as close to transportation to get to the city center. The staff were very friendly and the room was value for money, spacious, with comfortable beds, and a beautiful view of the river. The food I ordered on room service was delicious and in all the service was very good. Corridors need a bit of sprucing up. |

The NH Trier is located near the highway and easy to reach. It is located 5 km out of centre. A car is needed, but bussess are also available ! Near to the NH Trier is a big supermarket with breakfast opportunities. The hotel looks outdated and a refurbishment is needed. But the price for the value is ok!! Rooms are big and clean, but again outdated. Breakfast is too expensive as in closeby shoppingmall breakfast for 5 euro is possible. |

Clean comfortable beds . Much better than it looks from the outside . Excellent value Needs better signage coming off the freeway. You really need to know how to access the hotel as it is hard to miss the entry and end up on the freeway. |
