We had 3 dinners during our week's stay which were excellent. However, the choice of menu was very limited, which meant that we had to eat out on the other evenings. The terms of our booking did not include breakfast. We had breakfast on only 3 days of our week's stay but were charged for 7days. This was rectified when I compained. Also, the booking for our stay in September was made in January, on arrival we were allocated a room in the hotel's annexe on the second floor without a lift. On complaint, we were given a very nice room in the main hotel. |

Historisches Hotel am See, aber trotzdem ganz nahe der schönen Altstadt und am Märchenschloss Schwerin mit wunderschönen Gärten und Cafes. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist etwas kompliziert, per Eisenbahn aber ideal gelegen! |

Die Lage ist gut: Ruhe trotz Innenstadtlage. Das (vielleicht: die) Zimmer ist (sind) großzügig geschnitten. Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. 1.: Es war der Hotelleitung nicht möglich, einen Mangel im Bad zu beheben (das Rollo ließ sich nicht benutzen, man war sogar auf dem WC den Blicken vom Balkon eines Nachbarhauses ausgesetzt). 2. Die Situation beim Frühstück ist (hoffentlich: war) unerträglich. Zu kleiner Raum (vor der Tür mussten Gäste warten, bis ein Tisch frei war und de Tische stehen zu eng). Das Buffet ist nicht gerade großzügig bestückt, zu klein und ungünstig gestellt (Warteschlangen!) Der Preis ist zu hoch (14,00 Euro). |

Wir haben das HOtel wegen seiner guten Lage am Rande des Stadtzentrums und der guten Parkiermöglichkeit gewählt. Einrichtung und Qualität bei Service und Verpflegung entsprachen unseren Erwartungen. Das Frühstückbuffet war gut, aber nicht überdurchschnittlich, und entsprach nur knapp dem Preis von 14 €. |

Das Ambiente ist sehr geschmackvoll, ich habe wundervoll gegessen und das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und gut geschult. schade, dass das wunderschöne Kaminzimmer den Rauchern gehört; ich habe ein Sauna vermisst - bei immerhin 4 Sternen |

es gab keine Probleme im Zimmer waren sehr viele Spinnen! Und die Ecken der Räume wirkten ein wenig "rundgeputzt"! Das Frühstück war ok - aber das Gemüse (Gurken und Tomaten) waren sehr ausgetrocknet! |

Der Service war wirklich klasse, 1a Mitarbeiter! Die Lage ist auch super!!!!! Der kostenlose Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Leider war das Bad (speziell die Toilette und der Duschkopf) nicht richtig gereinigt. Auf dem Teppich im Zimmer und auf dem Flur waren große Flecke. Alles in allem war die Einrichtung geschmackvoll gewählt, jedoch etwas überholungsbedürftig. Plastik Platzsets unter dem Frühstücksteller finde ich für ein Hotel dieser Preiskategorie unpassend. Ich kann nur sagen: schade, schade, schade! |

Beliggenhet, stil, service. Alt var meget bra. Ingen i resepsjonen hadde særlig gode engelskkunnskaper. En ung kelner fungerte som tolk, og han var utmerket. |

L'albergo a due passi dal centro si affaccia su un lago e le camere che vi si affacciano hanno una splendida vista, difficilmente dimenticherò l'emozione che ho provato aprendo i tendaggi alla mattina ! Ottima struttura con camere eleganti e molto pulite.Colazione varia e servita da personale gentilissimo in un ambiente luminoso e rilassante.Confesso che mi è dispiaciuto molto partire ! |
