Large rooms, well decorated, quiet (we had room towards the parkinglot and it was very quiet at night), good beds, nice bathroom, very good breakfast, (mostly) friendly staff, secure private parking lot. Extra credit for the water- and food-bowls in the stairs to make even four-legged guests feel welcome.

Beautiful hotel with breathtaking views of the lake and town skyline especially during dusk and dawn! Hotel itself has an air of historical grandeur from the lobby to the rooms. Cleaniless of the toilets - Possibly because it is a old hotel, toilet tiles were stained.

A quietly efficient, comfortable and confident hotel. Excellent restaurant, and buffet breakfast. Lingering smell of cigarette/cigar smoke in some areas.

This is a very excellent hotel with a staff that take very good care of hotel guests. The 4 stars is very well deserved, and I believe that the hotel would deserve 5 stars. A special feature is the quiet location close to the city-lake and the nearness to the Altstadt and to shopping areas.

Central location, really pleasant obliging staff and quiet well appointed spacious room. No breakfast taken but evening meal taken both nights excellent quality, convivial atmosphere and good value. Booked parking is absolutely essential. Free wifi. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! The retro bathroom was not easy to use. If one of the 29 channels on the TV had been in English that would have been nice. Tea making facilities in the room would have been nice. However on the last morning we had tea delivered to our room for 3 euros in total.

Erittäin siisti, tunnelmaltaan kodikas ja perinteitä huokuva hotelli. Rauhallinen, mutta silti keskeinen sijainti kauniilla paikalla järven rannalla. Palveluhenkinen ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotellin ravintola tarjoaa todellisia makunautintoja. Automatkailijoille hyvät parkkitilat sisäpihalla. Voin lämpimästi suositella hotellia!

Van de buitenkant ziet het hotel er niet fantastisch uit, aan een redelijk drukke weg. Maar de kamer is bijzonder sfeervol en comfortabel, echt fantastisch. De chefkok lijkt op Hans Klok en kookt redelijk goed.

Die Lage des Hotel und der Stil des Hotels. Das Hotel wurde renoviert 1994, aber die Sauberkeit des Bades, der Geruch im Hotel nach Küche, die Abnutzungserscheinungen,besonders im Entree zeigen, das nicht mehr viel gemacht wird,um den Standard zu halten.

Dejligt hotel med central beliggenhed, stort dejlig værelse, rent og pænt, morgenmaden er ok, parkeringen var fin. Blev skuffet over at vi fik et værelse på sidegaden, da der var mange værelser med udsigt, vi kunne se over på bygning overfor, med meget lidt udsigt fra siden til søen.

Wunderschönes, liebevoll gestaltetes und geführtes Hotel in Toplage. Supernette, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiten, die Freude an Ihrem Job zu haben scheinen. Auch für Raucher ein Ort des Glücks, da das Rauchen im gemütlichen Kaminzimmer gestattet ist.

Mycket trevligt hotell med kanonläge I fina Schwerin. Fick ett oväntat stort och personligt rum som fick mig att undra om jag missat en nolla I priset, vilket jag inte gjort.Jättemysig bar med tillhörande bibliotek samt fin restaurang som jag dock inte hann prova plus det härliga rummet gör detta till ett hotell som får en att vilja stanna kvar där I stället för att upptäcka stan. åT inte frukost och kan därför inte uttala mig om den, men är mycket nöjd med min vistelse.

Gerade zur Advantszeit liebevoll dekoriert, nicht überladen, aber sehr viele kleine Details. Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, das Ambiente sehr schön und bei Zimmern mit Blick zum Pfaffenteich eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Außerdem ist die Lage zur Altstadt und zum Schloß, sowie zum Bahnhof ideal,da alles mit kurzen Fußwegen erreichbar. Im Badezimmer sah man, dass die Renovierung des Hotels schon etwas länger her war. Teilweise gebrochene Fu0bodenfliesen und Flecke, die nicht mehr wegzubekommen waren. Trotzdem kein Grund das Hotel nicht zu wählen. Ist nur ein kleiner Schönheitsfehler.

Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel: bequeme stilvolle Schlafzimmer mit modernem Badezimmer. Das Abendessen war sehr gut, das Frühstück war auch gut, auch wenn der Kaffee nicht gerade eben höchste Klasse war.
