The staff are fantastic, very friendly and informative, there is a nice bar and restaurant and it's close to a tram line so you can pop into Krefeld centre, it's also only 30 mins from Dus airport so ideal for a night before you fly.

Basic kamer en een redelijk ontbijtbuffet. Gratis parkeerterrein achter het hotel. Het Koenig Palast is op een kwartier loopafstand en dus niet op 5 minuten, zoals wordt beweerd. Hotel ligt in een saaie onaantrekkelijke buurt. Prijs- kwaliteitverhouding is matig.

Freundliches Personal, attraktive Gaststätte, ordentliche Betten, Zimmer war sauber, könnte allerdings mal wieder renoviert werden. Handgrosse feuchte Stelle im Zimmer unter der Decke; Für das Zimmer war der Preis nicht angemessen. Frühstück war sehr dürftig. Obwohl das Frühstück bis 10 Uhr war, gab es ab 8.30 Uhr Kaffee nur noch auf Nachfrage.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht OK. Frühstück sehr dürftig. Peronal sehr uninteressiert.In einer Großstadt wie Köln kann man z.B. preiswerter und konfortablar übernachten

die Sauberkeit war sehr gut, das Frühstück war gut. Defekte und sehr laute Heizung (wie Wasserfall), wurde aber nicht warm, kein Telefon im Zimmer (Tel. war offensichtlich geklaut - aber es gab kein Ersatz, auch kein anderes Zimmer), im Zimmer war ein Duft-Spender (wie im Bad), somit ein Citrus-Duft wie im Bad (oder Bahnhofstoilette), habe den Duft-Spender ins Bad verbannt, trotz Kälte im Zimmer dann gelüftet, schräg vor dem Fenster war die Abluft aus der Küche (das erklärt dann wieder den Grund des Duft-Spenders im Zimmer), insgesamt also enttäuschend

De mevrouw aan de receptie was zeer vriendelijk. De kamers zijn schoon. Het ontbijt was matig. Niet zo heel veel keuze. Bij het avondeten was het personeel erg chagrijnig, de friet was heel erg zout. Wij vroegen om water, kregen we zomaar zonder iets te vragen water met bubbels, we wilden graag zonder bubbels. Op de site van Booking.com staat dat het 5 minuten lopen is naar het Konig Palast, maar dit was echt wel 20 tot 25 minuten lopen!, maar een taxi werd geregeld door de mevrouw aan de receptie.
