Everything was good:) There was younger guy at the reception desk who was very kind in helping us search around the available rooms for better wifi signal. Location is also great! Just a walk away from town center. The breakfast was exceptional with good veriaty of hot and cold items, even omellettes could me made for us.

1 minute from the train station. Large, warm, quiet, well decorated rooms. Free internet at the front desk. Staff helped us find the "Steam Train" into the Harz mountains.Original artwork in rooms and throughout the hotel. We took breakfast next door which was most reasonable. Nothing was amiss.

Auf allen Fluren über drei Etagen und im Zimmer (wahrscheinlich in allen) hängen Bilder (oder Plakate) der Preisträger (alle sehr bekannte deutsche Künstler) des Kaiserrings und der Stipendiaten. Wir sind wie durch eine Kunstausstellung gegangen. Das ist wirklich sehr erwähnenswert. Wir waren begeistert.

Zimmer war groß und sauber; Frühstück kostet extra, aber sehr umfangreich; Lager zentral am Bahnhof, etwas laut; Personal nett; wenige, enge und kostenpflichtige Hotelparkplätze, in ca. 300 m Entfernung gibt es kostenlose Park+Ride Parkplätze des Bahnhofs

отличный отель, идеальное соотношение цена/качество. персонал очень внимательный. завтраки отличные, даже есть свежевыжатые соки. недалеко жд. и автобусная станции, что очень удобно для посещения других городов, но вокруг очень тихо и прекрасный воздух. если поедем еще раз в гослар, то только в этот отель!!!

direkt zur Einkaufstraße und Markt, diirekt am Bahnhof aber trotzdem sehr leise. Schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück in freundlichen Räumen. In der Dusche müssen mal die Silikonfugen erneuert werden. (schwarze Stellen) Lt. meiner Freunde müssen mal die Fenster auf Dichtigkeit überprüft werden. (besonders beim Sturm)

Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war nicht optimal, da immer nur auf den jeweiligen Platz bezogen( Schreibtisch, Nachtkonsole). Eine Beleuchtung des ganzen Raumes war leider nicht gegegeben/möglich.

Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Essen. Zur Rezeption geht es ziemlich viele Stufen hoch. Es gab aber keine Möglichkeit einen (manchmal schweren) Koffer die Treppe hoch zu schleppen. Ein Aufzug oder Förderband oder auch ein Portier wären an dieser Stelle äußerst hilfreich.

Die sehr nette Dame im Empfang und das weihnachtliche Ambiente im Atrium. Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel. Fußnah an der Fußgängerzone. Unmögliche Zimmeraussicht, Schießschartenähnliche Fenster aus denen man nur im Stehen auf den sehr lauten Bahnhof blicken kann.Zimmer hellhörig. Erstaunlich woher die vier Sterne resultieren. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt gemessen an ein ebenfalls in der Nähe gelegenes sehr gutes Hotel überhaupt nicht. Zimmer war allenfalls 60 Euro wert.
