Hyggligt rum. Frukost börjar kl.0900.inte acceptabelt för folk på resa, vi fick inhibera vår frukost som vi betalat. Köket stängde tidigt så vi fick uppsöka annat matställe,vid ankomsten.

Ruhiges, geräumiges Zimmer, Gutes und preiswertes Frühstück, Natur und Wandermöglichkeiten vor der Tür, ebenso Schloss Burg an der Wupper, Gute Speisen im Restaurant, hoher Erholungsfaktor ohne Touristenschwemme. Parken umsonst.

Cet hôtel très calme est situé dans un quartier plein de charme à proximité du château Burg . Il présente un bon rapport qualité prix et 15minutes en voiture suffisent pour rejoindre le centre-ville de Solingen et le musée de l’épée. Excellente étape sur trajet Paris Berlin Le personnel est un peu distant mais rien à redire sur le service. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de brochure en anglais

Absolut nichts, bis auf die Nähe zu Schloss Burg. Laune des Personals, der Service und die Sauberkeit sowie die Einrichtung der Zimmer sind grottenschlecht!!! Nie wieder werden wir dieses Hotel besuchen!

Habitacion cómoda pero sin ventilar. El desayuno era aceptable. Había 10° de temperatura y no se pudo encender ninguna de las estufas de la habitación y el baño para templar la habitación. No había personal que nos abriera cuando llegamos, solo una hora después llegó alguien para abrirnos y darnos la llave. Por la noche nadie estaba disponible para atender las necesidades de los clientes.

Die Lage zur Schloß Burg. Das ist wahrscheinlich der Hauptgrund warum man noch in dieses Hotel geht. Zimmer sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Fleckige Badetücher, Wasser aus der Dusche fließt nur spärlich. Am Heizkörper fehlte das Steuerventil. Betten, Matratzen alt und durchgelegen. Frühstück überschaubar, muffiger Obstsalat. Beim Einchecken wurde einem sofort die Rechnung präsentiert. Besitzer nicht freundlich, wir hatten den Eindruck Sie haben es nicht mehr nötig sich zu bemühen. Dieses Hotel nie wieder.

Matras Het personeel onvriendelijk, er werd direct verzocht om de volgende ochtend om tien uur uit te checken omdat het hun beter uitkwam. Zeer oudewets, vies balkon, kapotte douchekop. 2 zenders op tv en geen personeel om daar naar te kijken. Ontbijt karig en droog. Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Jammer voor een hotel met zo een goede ligging.
