It charges €15 for the use of the gym/spa - it charges an extra €5 for room service automatically - I had an empty wine bottle in the place where the full one should have been. Old bottle tops were still lying on the mini bar. There was a leak in the bathroom. |

I liked the Japanese atmosphere and restaurants and the swimming pool in the top floor overlooking the city. Cable Internet in the room. Wireless is available only in the lobby. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. General hotel was very nice and in a good location for shopping and resturants. When i checked in the room was dirty. They did not change my room but sent somebody to give a quick tidy. not what I expected. Also the main corridor to my room smelt of sewerage and the toilet leaked onto the floor every time you flushed it. In short will not stay here again. |

Breakfast Price, value for money...Too expensive compare with room, designe, furniture etc.Internet options - 20 eur per day!!! And question is what Nikko understand under the word - day. I bought Internet for one day at 6 pm, but unfortunately in the morning 8 am the Internet is gone... Then comes question what is day, how may hours, form my point of view - day is 24 h!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The pirce for room was 225 eur and why for this price Nikko can not provide clients with Internet free of charge? |

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very spacious and the room is fair. All locations I've seen were very clean. Although I valued the hotel a bit outdated as to design, I took no notice of it. It is part of the Japanese JALhotels group which reflects in many Japanese guests, staff and shops. Good value for money. |

The fact that it is comfortable and a € 10 taxi ride from where you want to go. THe charge dearly for all the extras which makes a joke out of selling the room cheap. |

Location of the hotel which was close to station. I've stayed in many 4 star hotels in Europe and the facilities of the room did certainly not meet 4 star rating. The bathroom was very small and run down. There was no safe in the room. Usulaly you get a small fitted safe in the wardrobe. There was only one little shampoo and one body wash in a double room. I had to call the reception for extra toiletries. there was no apologies or nothing for the inconvience.Towels were not replaced with new and clean ones on our second day of stay. So the house keeping wasn't very good either. There were kids shouting in the coutyard at 1 a.m. they were disturbing lots of guests. When we complained to the reception, they said they can't do anything about it. |

Pleasantly furnished room. Aircon did not work, there wasn't a single working iron available in the whole hotel (and staff weren't particularly bothered about it) and some of the towels were not clean. |

Excellent staff - very polite and attentive. All facilities were in great condition, including the spa, bar, and room. The staff was very helpful with respect to the hotel, as well as the surrounding area. |
