The price and the quality of food
Reception area was a nice place to spend time. Bar staff excellent.
Location was very good for train, bus and tram to travel in or out of town. Hotel is large and very calm and quiet. Staff very helpful.
Room was very warm and air con only pushing out warm air. Had to have windows open and traffic a little noisy. I would still book hotel for my next visit.
Nice location, friendly staff, great comfort of bed, huge bathroom, good quality of shampoo.
Wifi was exceptionally bad as it allow one user to be sign in at a time even though there were more than one guest staying. The hotel only provide one user to be accessible to wifi at a single time which was totally unfair. The breakfast was expensive for the small range of food. Guest are not allow to use the swimming pool for free which is totally unacceptable.
car parking is not free
service, internet, WIFI is terible, most of the time WIFI is down and if it works it is very very slow...
Great location, friendly staff and good breakfast. On the 2nd day we couldn't have a breakfast in the breakfast room, but still ok.
No free WiFi for 24 hours
Location - a lot of places to eat nearby. Free WiFi
Extra charge for using the gym (15 eur per entry, which is expensive)
The room was great especially since i was on the 9th floor. Breakfast was really worthwhile. And the staff at the bar were very good.
I had booked a double bed but in the room there was a twin bed. I went back to the reception and they said that they could change my room the next day but on the 5th floor. It was a hassle since i had already unpacked the suitcase and would have to repack everything again. They should have informed this important info beforehand...no info about the city in the room and no info about the channels of the TV in the room
Clean room. Location
No sleepers in the room.
Free wifi for only one device! Not very good !
it was the second time we stayed in this hotel The location is very good, close to the center of the city. From my point of view it is the best value for the money.
proximity to the Königsallee shopping area and the city center. It's a great hotel for a pleasant stay in Dusseldorf, for a great price.
To be honest, the Wifi speed is not up to standard for a hotel that is otherwise doing so well. Maybe there is a little room for improvement there...
The price and location is good
Good location, clean, spacious and comfy rooms. Fair value for money.
Only downside is that the room was advertised as soundproof but we could hear traffic outside and our neighbours so this definitely isn't true.
Cleanliness of room Comfort of beds Leaving chocolate in our room on new years day! Location Modern build of hotel
Location si good in the japanese quartier
I booked a 90 euros room but when I came the room was not available so they offered me a bigger one for 60 euros more! The breakfast si too expensive 25 euros pp! and i don t talk about the wifi!
clean, comfortable rooms friendly attentive staff nice bar area excellent location close to old town area, 15 minute walk
bar prices fairly expensive
Modern design and facilities, a very rich breakfast (which is quite coustly, of course!) and a super comfortable bed.
We felt quite fooled with the parking and wifi. The parking was located right underneath the hotel and had clear indications that it belonged to the hotel. However, the staff of the hotel denied it and of course refused to offer any discounts to us as hotel clients. We ended up paying 15 euros (charged by the hour) the night we arrived, and then 22 more the next morning! As to the wifi, they havent told my husband that they had a free wifi option so he had to pay for it. Whereas they did have a free wifi option but we found that out only upon the checkout. Overall, our stay in the hotel turned out to be much more expensive than we thought it would when choosing it.
location between Central Station and Altstadt
Bed Room Lobby Reception Location of the hotel Bathroom Yeah pretty Good!
No wifi at the room TV should have international channels =)
Bed was comfortable, clean, location fine, hotel has an ambiance of luxury, molten brown products. After our stay, however, all of these things counted for nothing.
We are not afraid to pay for luxury (that was the point of our booking), but do not sit well with feeling tricked and even outright deceived, and then treated like idiots when we communicate our disappointment. 1. At the moment of check-in we were told spa was open until 10pm. We were delighted as it was 7pm and we were exhausted from travels : we changed, went to the spa and were told quite rudely that it closed at 8pm. Disappointing, but assumed it was just a miscommunication. 2. We then had dinner at the hotel sushi restaurant : as we sat down, before menu's had been given to us, we were asked if we would like something to drink. We asked if they had hot sake, she said yes, we ordered two. Throughout our meal we ordered 5 total (standard, small bottles of house hot sake). The bill came and the hot sake's were €18.50 EACH, making our drink total almost €100; we had only spent 50 euros TOTAL on sushi, and were obviously horrified. When I expressed my surprise (hot sake at all sushi restaurants surrounding the hotel is 4-6 euros each) we were told tough luck. 3. The spa told us that the hammam was broken, so I asked why we would pay 15 euros to enter... and was told that there were two sauna's that were available, as well as himalayan salt to rub on the body. This sounded reasonable, so we paid and entered, only to be told that there was salt scrub available AT THE SPA for purchase. So, for 15 euros we could use a sauna and buy a little packet of salt scrub to use in the shower. All in all we were thoroughly disappointed with our stay, and while it initially seemed a fantastic deal, the extra 140 euros we were scammed into spending left a very bad taste in our mouths.
The rooms are a bit dated and need a refurbishment bathtub is not practical when showering noise from A/C in room (even with earplugs) no complimentary water in room
Only one wifi code whilst we stayed with two people. The swimming pool was cold.
The breakfast The location
The size of the rooms The crowded atmosphere due to noisy company events occupying all public space including corridors. The prize considering above
