The location was good
We asked iron and iron board and we waited for three days and their rooms were not comfortable for us and the elevator wasn't working only one elevator worked
Comfortable room and bed. Pillows were great.
Wi if wasn't included in the price and even lobby area didn't have free wifi.
Very good location, lots of restaurants nearby, very helpful staff
Inhouse bar and restaurant closes early - 11.00 pm
Bed, pool, location
Small bath, small room, poor shower, easy going reception, not worth the price
The room service was amazing, and the luggage concierge was incredibly nice and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and spacious closet.
The hotel doesn't have free wifi, it is very expensive and doesn't work that well. The girls at the front desk wouldn't do anything outside the routine to help you, its like a self service hotel, everything is pointed out at you, and if you need it then go get it, very not 4 stars.
The location is exellent, close to famous shopping street. There were a lot of restaurants and cafes around the place. Staff was efficient and freindly. Bed comfortable, room spacy. I liked the place and would highly recommend it to my friends.
Everything was good.
German reception lady was excellent.
Wifi not free, extra eur 20 per day. Crazy expensive. Air conditioning is not cool at all. Not only for my room, as I talked with some guests, they all feel hot!
موجود في منطقة هادية وقريبة من محطة القطار و والسنتر والسوق، فندق هادي ونظيف وسعره معقول
الحمام صغير جدا ودفع الماي في الدوش ضعيف جدا
rooms are large. location is very good.
wi-fi was very expensive.
At 8am they decided to blow the leaves in the courtyard. Would have woken the whole hotel up. I wanted to sleep in and couldn't. Called reception they didn't care. The whole hotel had to wake up at 8am. So bad.
Nikko is our hotel of choice when in town. Has delivered across the board consistently over the years. Great location for old town and Ko. Secure car park adjoins hotel so very conveneint
Hotel restaurant good so long as you want Japaneses cuisine. Otherwise must dine elsewhere- but hey, great, enjoy being spoiled for choice!
Location: very hard to beat - walking distance to Bahnhof, Altstadt, Königsallee and any number of fantastic Japanese restaurants (including the hotel's own). Atmosphere: Japanese stylings. Restaurant: excellent.
Unfortunately I wasn't hugely impressed with any staff member I had interaction with. Check-in felt rushed and they had clearly not received (or taken note of?) my specific request for a double not twin room, however this was quickly resolved. My request for a change of pillows was not carried out. Upon check-out it seemed to be a lot of resistance from the person at reception to my request to call Deutsche Bahn for advice on the train situation (there had been a lot of disruption at that time) and I had to sort this out for myself. I think it's not unreasonable to expect this sort of assistance from a hotel of this standard.
Location is excellent.
Room cleaning is insufficient, especially for bath room. Drainage from bathtub is too slow for shower.
Spacious, clean and modern room.
Free WiFi only for one device per room. Have to pay 24 Euros for any extra device.
Great location right in the middle of Japan town.
Crazy cost of wifi.
Only from the outside it was great .
Poor staff, to many mangment mistakes, no professional workers.
comfortable beds, spacious , clean rooms. very close to main station, right in the center of the japanese/korean district. walking distance to major shopping area;
(female) staff in bar not attentive at all, left the bar twice without being served; but barkeeper was great; check-in staff varies from super slow (check in) to super fast (check out); some more staff training won´t hurt
Nice for the Japanese
wifi is not free Breakfast 23EUR was much to me
Very comfortable to Japanese since there are Japanese staffs. Location is very good as a U-bahn station is located nearby which connects to Altstadt directly and many Japanese restaurants (maybe real ones) are located in surroundings, etc. An big oriental food market is also next to the hotel. Room is clean and facilities are reasonably good.
WiFi is too expensive but no other choice since I needed. But, there are a small shop at a entrance of a small mall on the ground floor of the hotel, where provides services for a WiFi rooter and SIM cards in cheap prices. A way from and to a parking on the basement seemed to be so complicated if you park on floors lower than -1 floor, e.g., -2 and -3. Should park on -1 floor.
24 euros car park fee Long queue at 2pm as this is a fixed room entry time, so check in time was excessive. No food available after 11.30 despite being advertised as available.
Very good breakfast buffet, but also expensive for 23€!
I ordered a non-smoking room with a double bed and received a smokers room. After changing the room I got again a smoking room with 2 single beds... Wifi is not for free and very expensive! Normally the Wifi is for free in German Hotels. Even it is a German hotel in a German City, some of the personal was not able to speek German!
Close to railway station (easy walk). Large pleasant room.
Service very slow, no fruit platter on arrival, coffee facilities in-room unusable.
Klimaanlage sehr schwach!
Well located, can walk to shopping, restaurants and bar. Breakfast is good, plenty of choice and there's a nice terrasse Plenty of taxis just outside the main entrance
Staff are not helpful, border line rude No room service after 11pm Booked a business room and the bathroom is tiny, not what you would expect from a 4 star Car park available but at extra cost (22 euros for a night)
