Jätte fint hotell, kändes lyxigt. Trevlig personal. Urskön säng som man sov gott i. Mycket välstädat och rent. Hade i princip allt man kan önska av ett hotell. Hade varit bra med någon engelsk kanal på TV:n då vår tyska inte är helt på topp!!!

Dieses Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet und der Service ist sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Lage an der Meerespromenade Zimmer viel zu klein ( hatten eine Juniorsuite mit ca.20quadratmeter) nicht einmal ein kleiner Tisch war vorhanden) Unser Zi. war zum Hinterhof ( Autoparkplatz) gerichtet .Zi. sind im neuen Hinterhofanbau sehr ringhörig. Es wäre fair dem Kunden bei der Buchung zu erwähnen/präzisieren ob das Zi. seeseitig oder zum Hinterhof gerichtet ist.Ich kaufe nicht gerne die Katze im Sack und bin dann enttäuscht wenn die Rezeption bei Ankunft mir sagt :es ist so ich kann nichts ändern und andere Zi.haben wir nicht! Sehr Schade.Das Hotel kann ich bedingt empfehlen (Lage der Zi. ist wichtig) Auto-Anreisende wären sehr dankbar für den Hinweis: Zufahrt über die Schwedenstrasse!

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet und mit einem guten Bett ausgestattet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde uns allerdings ein (Schreib-)Tisch fehlen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der schönen Strandpromenade (ruhigerer Teil), auch wenn unser Zimmer zur Landseite ging. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und engagiert. An der Rezeption bekamen wir viele hilfreiche Tipps zu Restaurants und Umgebung. Insgesamt - mit kleinen Abstrichen im Detail - hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Abholservice hat nicht ganz reibungslos funktioniert. Wir mussten rund 25 Minuten am Bahnhof warten, da der Direktor unsere schriftlich mitgeteilte Ankunftszeit offenbar nicht an das Personal weitergeleitet hatte. Der Spa-Bereich ist zwar schön gestaltet, aber recht klein. Die 6 vorhandenen Ruheliegen waren meist schon belegt. Das Frühstück im Restaurant (das laut Auskunft nicht zum Hotel gehört) war der Preiskategorie des Hotels nicht angemessen. An beiden Tagen hatten wir schmutziges Geschirr (z.B. mit fettigen Fingerabdrücke). Bestellungen (Kaffee, Rühreier) mussten wir meist mehrmals aufgeben, das Buffet wurde nicht kontinuierlich nachgefüllt, die Frühstückseier waren kalt. Der Service wirkte übermüdet, was uns wenig überraschte, da wir dieselben Personen am Vorabend noch nachts im Restaurant gesehen haben.

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar ruhig und direkt an der Strandpromenade. Frühstück war excellent, kein Wunder, es wird vom Restaurant, das von einem Sternekoch betrieben wird, zubereitet. Nur eine Kleinigkeit, eine Leuchte am Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad ging eigenwillig nachts immer wieder von allein an, das stört, wenn nur Glaswände die Trennung zum Bett darstellen. Da muss in Zukunft der Hausmeisterdienst einmal öfter vorbeischauen.
