There is not much to like about this hotel. During events everything is Düsseldorf is booked, exept hotel nissa, now I know why. I travel apx 200 days per year so I see a lot of hotels but this has to be the worst of them all.

I did not like anything about this hotel: it is shabby from start to finish -it is in desparate need of renovation. Although described as a Hotel "Garni", no breakfast was available ,not even on request: I understood from the write-up that I would have to pay extra for breakfast but was unaware from the write-up that one had to book breakfast in advance via internet together with the room booking. The only 'advantage was', if that is what one would call it, that the hotel is within easy reach of the main line station, the Hauptbahnhof. Wishing to speak to the manager, I was informed that he was not available. It would be useful if future reference to this hotel would indicate that the area in which it is located, is lugrubious - one certainly does not get the feeling of being in the well-known "chic" Dusseldorf. Altogether, it was an experience with which I could have done without.

Very uncomfortable beds and tiny room, poorly lit

Me han cobrado 150€/noche por una habitación con una cama de 85, un baño en el que no cabía ni yo misma y unas instalaciones terriblemente malas. La televisión no se veía ni funcionaba el mando. La ducha rota que tuvieron que cambiármela a las 6 de la mañana porque el agua salía por la manguera. Frío. Mini ducha con cortina!! lo más anti igiénico que he visto en un cuarto de baño de hotel. No volvería a ese hotel ni aun siendo gratuito. Lo cogí porque no tuve remedio, coincidiendo con la feria Prowein en Düsseldorf que estaba todo lleno. Abusaron con el precio de las habitaciones por ser la fecha que era y francamente espero que reconsideren los servicios que ofrecen y los precios que cobran. Yo y mi compañero somos dos que no volveremos.

В номере не было отопления! 09 декабря! Пришлось спать одетым!

Находится рядом с торговым центром города, 3 минуты ходьбы до шопинга. 5 минут езды на такси (стоимость 5,5 евро) от ж.д. вокзала или 10-15 минут ходьбы не быстрым шагом.

Отель не очень чистый, под отелем находиться бар, где до 7 утра играла громкая музыка, которую очень слышно в номерах, отель очень маленький, не уютный, сильная слышимость в номерах, в коредорах на куренно, как сказали отель находиться в турецком квартале. Отель очень очень не понравился, хотя я достаточно не привередлива.
