Hotel Nizza  

Location is convenient - near the Hauptbahnhof, breakfast was ok

It was a "great surprise" to find out that there is no toilet in our room and we have to share it with all guests staying on our floor. The furniture in the room is in need of renovation.

I did not like anything about this hotel: it is shabby from start to finish -it is in desparate need of renovation. Although described as a Hotel "Garni", no breakfast was available ,not even on request: I understood from the write-up that I would have to pay extra for breakfast but was unaware from the write-up that one had to book breakfast in advance via internet together with the room booking. The only 'advantage was', if that is what one would call it, that the hotel is within easy reach of the main line station, the Hauptbahnhof. Wishing to speak to the manager, I was informed that he was not available. It would be useful if future reference to this hotel would indicate that the area in which it is located, is lugrubious - one certainly does not get the feeling of being in the well-known "chic" Dusseldorf. Altogether, it was an experience with which I could have done without.

Hellhörig, alt, dreckig, Fußbodenleisten lösen sich, Deckenleisten lösen sich, mini Fernseher mit schlechtem Bild, dreckige Handtücher im Schrank, zu kleines Bett für Doppelzimmer, nur eine Zudecke, diese wäre für zwei zu klein, kein Frühstück, da Mitarbeiter krank war, Aspergillus Niger im Bad (schwarzer Schimmelpilz), im Siphon dreck, usw.

В номере не было отопления! 09 декабря! Пришлось спать одетым!

De buren hebben een Turk cafe wat ons 2 nachten heeft wakker gehouden!!

....Zimmertür, die aussah, als wäre sie aufgebrochen worden, Uraltfernseher ohne Sat 1 und andere normale Programme, hellhörig, abgewohnt, notdüftig handwerklich hergerichtet,

Vanskade på badeværelse og sort mug på vægge I værelset. Wc I stykker. Tur I deres lift vil jeg ikke anbefale. Meget gammelt og slet ikke vedligeholdt I årevis. Slet ikke værd de penge jeg gav for den.

Hotel geboekt voor zakelijk verblijf (beurs). Rustig hotel.

Badkamer. Veel te klein en zeer oud.

je n'ai pas aimé.... la seule chose : proximité de la gare principale, mais encore, l'hôtel se trouvait d'un côté plutôt glauque. j'ai aussi apprécié l'heure de départ de la chambre à 12h00. ça m'a rendu service. j'ai aussi apprécié les petites choses gratuites dans la salle de bains (savon dans une boîte dure, body lotion, mais ... le tout était marqué au nom d'un autre hôtel à une autre adresse)

je dirais presque la saleté, ça ne faisait pas net. le Monsieur de l'accueil dans la journée était très gentil mais p.ex. je devais partir à 7h15 en RV professionnel : le gardien de nuit était couché sur le canapé de l'entrée, je l'ai "réveillé" en arrivant dans le hall d'entrée pour quitter l'hôtel. ça ne fait pas net ! salle de douche limite, cuvette des WC limite aussi. petit déjeuner pas avant 7h : dans la plupart des hôtels allemands c'est à partir de 6h ou 6h30. et à 7h les petits pains n'étaient pas prêts. je n'ai pas apprécié l'internet payant 9 euro les 24h. je ne peux pas dire que la chambre était sale mais je n'ai jamais osé marché pieds nus ni toucher les murs ou mettre des choses dans l'armoire. c'est pour ça que je n'ai coché aucune des cases de la première question. il y aurait eu "gens pas regardants sur la propreté" ou "personnes ne venant pas pour le travail (vu l'heure du petit déjeuner) j'aurais coché. le mot qui me venait à l'esprit est : interlope.
