Sehr schönes, individuelles hotel. Geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Kaminzimmer und Dachterrasse runden das Bild ab. Lage direkt am See, wunderbar. Das Bad war sehr sehr klein und paßte eigentlich nicht zum Rest des Hauses.

Sehr freundliches Personal! Sauberkeit, Ruhe. Aufenthaltsräumlchkeiten Wellnessbereich von außen einsehbar! Zugang durch den Frühstücksraum. Zimmer 5 sehr klein, ohne Gardine von außen tagsüber einsehbar! Nichtraucherzimmer mit vollen Aschenbechern auf der Terrasse!?

Gefallen hat uns die Lage vom Hotel und die Ruhe, die man dort fand. Auch Mahlzeiten konnte man in Ruhe geniessen, das Frühstück war gut, das Personal stets freundlich. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer fand ich sporadisch, grosse Löcher in den Laken passen nicht in ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ! Das Bad war sehr klein. Hätte mir vielleicht einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer gewünscht, damit man sich mal einen Tee brühen kann.

L'hotel si trova in una zona 'montuosa' (circa 750mt slm) vicino all'unico impianto sciistico della zona che offre anche diversi percorsi per hiking e mountain bike e a circa 15km da Goslar, piccolo paese caratteristico delle zone che con le miniere di metalli (non più funzionanti) di Rammelsberg rappresentano un patrimonio dell'UNESCO. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'ultimo weekend di Agosto in una stanza al pianterreno (numero 14). L'ambiente e il personale dell'hotel erano molto accoglienti. La pulizia della stanza era eccellente, arredamento nuovo e pur essendo piccola, la disposizione dei mobili era ottimizzata in modo da non dare senso di oppressione. Avevamo inoltre a disposizione un terrazzino (credo condiviso con la stanza accanto), un minibar, una cassaforte, tv e free wifi. Inoltre la struttura offre diverse opportunità, comprese nel prezzo, per lo svago e il relax dei clienti (adulti e bambini compresi): sala lettura molto luminosa, con biblioteca e giochi da tavola, poltrone, tavolini e lettini; sala del camino dove gli ospiti possono riunirsi per chiacchierare con bar, divano molto grande, poltrone, sedie e tavolini; sala relax con vasche idromassaggio, due saune, lettini e asciugamani a disposizione dei clienti; sala dei giochi un po' piccina ma con diversi giochi e una ps3 con tv (che la rende appetibile anche per I più grandi). Inoltre la struttura offre servizi quali centro benessere nel quale abbiamo richiesto un massaggio corpo (molto piacevole), affitto di mountain bike (la zona offre numerosi percorsi ben attrezzati e anche impegnativi per mountain bike) e attrezzatura da golf. 1. Sebbene il personale parli l'inglese e sia disponibile per ogni richiesta, il sito internet e molte delle informazioni su carta dell'hotel (ad esempio form di valutazione) sono solo in lingua tedesca e danese, rendendo difficile per uno straniero capire I servizi e lasciare qualunque forma di feedback. 2. L'accesso all'hotel e alle stanze prevede alcune scale da percorrere, questo potrebbe renderlo poco agevole per passeggini e per persone disabili.

Det bedste var den enorme venlighed, vi blev mødt med og noget fantastisk mad. Hotellet var for stilrent og kedeligt - uden meget liv og atmosfære. Men det er selvfølgelig os gæster, der skal bidrage til det. Havde glædet mig meget til wellness-området, men bryder mig ikke mænd og kvinder sammen på den måde. Det var der åbenbart heller ikke ret mange andre, der gjorde, da det stort set ikke blev brugt på trods af det dårlige vejr. I kunne evt. have nogle dage (eller tidspunkter) med kvinder og mænd hver for sig og andre tidspunkter blandet. Så havde vi et valg.
