Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pleasant hotel staff. Good breakfast. Big rooms. Hotel is not in the city centrum, but there is no problems, because you can take a bus, and be in centrum in 15 minutes. |

Very friendly and service minded staff. Quiet location, and a nice, clean room with a good bed secured a good nights sleep. The breakfast even offered smoked salmon and fruit - excellent. Very good value for money. |

I was particularly impressed with the friendlyness of the staff they were very helpful and polite The breakfast was very simple. I found the tables over filled with small packets of sugar and milk ´which was unnecessary.Some of the fruits in the cooling cabinet were not so fresh looking at times. The hotel could do with some new decor |

Perfect staff, very friendly and helpful.They helped us finding nearby restaurants, and the bus to the center of Flensborg. No there was not, but you ought to inform about nearby restaurants, and also how easy it is, to go to the center of Flensborg by bus. I am certain, that many people would choose your hotel, if they know this. |

It is convenient to reach to the hotel, and they have a free parking space. The breakfast is very good indeed. The family room is big enough to accomodate 4 of us. Deserves the money paid, since in many hotels you also have to pay a parkign fee of 8/10 Euro per night and they do not have such a good breakfast all the time. They can use a better quality detergent or softner so that the pillow cases smell better. |

Personalet på hotellet var meget hjælpsomme, søde og smilende. Morgenmaden var frisk og meget varieret og lækker. Måske kunne man sætte enkeltsengene sammen til dobbeltsenge. |
