Situated 8 km from the Wattenmeer National Park on the North Sea coast, Nordsee Residenz offers modern, self-catering apartments. Bicycles can be rented and a sauna is also available. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit Bei der Wohnsübergabe bei der Anreise wurde eine defekte Sauna angekündigt. Auf Nachfrage lief sie dann doch, jedoch war das Liicht nicht intakt.

Die Mitarbeiterin war ausgesprochen freundlich,die Ruhe im Hause hat uns sehr gut getan,das es eine Sauna zur freien Verfügung gab hat dazu beigetragen,dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.Das ausgesprochen liebevoll zusammen gestellte Inventar/Geschirr,die sauberen und gut gepflegten Räume waren sehr schön. nichts zu beanstanden

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und die Gemeinschaftsräume auch geräumig. Allerdings dürfte sie für vier Personen (so die max. Aufnahme) doch etwas zu klein sein. Das Schafzimmer war sehr, sehr klein, regelrecht beengt durch die Dachschräge Neben Klopapier fehlten auch Duschhandtücher und Utensilien in der kleinen Küche,

Die Hausverwalterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. alles war sehr wohnlich, als käme man nach Hause. Die große Badewanne war super. Die Eigentümer selbst reagierten auf keine meiner Emails mit Fragen hinsichtlich der Bezahlung, die Anzahlung sollte zeitnah erfolgen, auch auf Nachfrage keine Kontodaten seitens der Eigentümer. Sehr viel später kam die Rechnung, auf die ich dann zahlte.

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Residenz - an 4 (!) Tagen wurde die Wäsche direkt (~ 1 meter entfernt) vor unserem Wohnzimmer-Fenster aufgehängt!! Die ganze Wäsche (5 Wohnungen) vom Haus wurde auf diesem Ständer getrocknet. Wir hatten ja noch Glück - es hatte öfters mal geregnet - sonst hätten wir sicher 7 Tage lang die Wäsche anschauen müssen. Unsere EG - Wohnung war laut - man hörte jedes Geräusch im Treppenhaus im Schlafzimmer.
