Beds comfortable , hotel i close to Weidenalle/Schanzenviertel area (= full of live, lively restaurants,bars, alternative shops ,young folk etc. ) Not feasible to open windows, very noisy ( hotel located at one of the Hamburg main transit road ) , but if windows closed o.k. , but no aircondition |

Very friendly staff, rooms where comfortable, breakfast was excellent (even though slightly expensive) slightly outdated bathroom and extreme heat in the rooms to the frontside, because window could not be opened (street noise) |

Goed ontbijt. Dichtbij metro. Goede parkeermogelijkheid en niet duur. Kamer en badkamer te klein (3e etage). We kwamen er de volgende dag achter dat de kamer + badkamer op de 1e etage groter zijn. |

Zu wenig Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Hotelparkplatz, man soll auf öffentliche Parkplätze ausweichen, das kann nicht sein, wenn man lange gefahren ist und erschöpft ist, nervt das. Mir wurde dann vom freundlichen Personal die Tiefgarage für Personalparkplätze angeboten. War eine gute Idee, deshalb vielen Dank an das Personal !!! |

Hotellissa oli rauhallista yöpyä. Automatkaajan helppo tulla autolla hotellille, sekä hyvä ulkoparkkipaikka hotellin sisäpihalla, parkkimaksu edullinen saksan mittakaavassa. Lähin metroasema kivenheiton päässä, hotellille olisi voinut tarpeen tullen vaikka kävelläkin keskustasta. Huoneet hieman pieniä, mutta kaksi aikuista mahtui hyvin yöpymään. Suihkutila hieman ahdas. |

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren freundlich und zuvorkommend,die Zimmer ordentlich und sauber. Der Preis für das Frühstück kam uns sehr hoch vor.Wir haben es daher nicht in Anspruch genommen und im Umfeld günstig und gut gegessen. |

1. Die schlichte, elegante Einrichtung. 2. Die netten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter und 3. das reichhaltige Frühstücksbufett. 1. Die Lage an einer sehr stark befahrenen, 6-spurigen Straße, 2. der damit verbundene sehr starke Lärm, auch zur Nachtzeit, so dass ein nächtliches Öffnen der Fenster unmöglich war und 3. die doch etwas weit außerhalb des Stadtzentrums befindliche Lage ihres Hotels. Dennoch würden wir ihr Hotel weiterempfehlen, bei einer eventuellen erneuten Buchung aber ein "ruhiges Zimmer" verlangen. |

Das Hotel liegt für eine Städtereise sehr zentral. Die U-Bahnstationen sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer zur Staßenseite sind extrem laut. Die Fenster haben eine sehr schlechte Schallisolierung. |

Mycket bra frukostbuffe.Fräscht renoverat. Lungt o stilla på hotellet. Ventilationen på rummen saknades. Fönstret måsta vara öppet för att ventilera men svårt pga störande trafik från genomfart. |

Det ligger nära och bra till Hamburg Messe, vilket var syftet varför jag besökte Hamburg. Något små rum men de var fräscha och sängarna var sköna - det är huvudsaken!! |
