Excellent, friendly staff.

Expensive breakfast (16,- eur/ Person). Fairly small rooms. Rooms towards main street are pretty loud at night.

Nice and modern style decor, with clean room and no problem checking out at 5am.Good value for money at the price we paid, and no frills we didn't need. Breakfast bar was good, I liked the 'Guten Morgen' on the eggs, nice touch.

The en-suite was rather small - the shower would be difficult for a large person to use. 5.50 euros for a small bottle of water is a bit steep.

Very small rooms with even smaller bathrooms (323and 326) No shelves in the bathroom! W,C,cracked. Room decor tired and in need of redecoration More like a 2 star rather than 4 star Hotel

Traffic noise over priced breakfast

Well posditioned for the exhibition centre within walking distance 15 min.Very good staff that speak various languages. Well kept and very clean. Good choice of well presented and prepared food at breakfast.

Pillows too soft. I did not ask so I am not sure if there were other choices.Possibly a restarant for evening meals and a slightly more atmospheric bar.

Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed and big bathroom; friendly and helpful staff; thick curtains for late-risers :)

My room was located close to a public bathroom, and walls were thin, so I was woken up several times by the loud door slamming... I got the room from the street side though I asked the opposite (but the windows had a good noise isolation). Problems with the it corner in the hotel lobby (printing does cost extra!).

für mich war die sehr gute Lage zur Universität entscheidend.

Habe leider erst zu spät gesehen, dass das Frühstück nicht im Preis inclusive war. Daher muss ich sagen, dass 16 EUR für das Frühstück absolut überteuert sind. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht aber auf einer Business-Reise habe ich einfach nicht die Zeit, um 16 EUR raus zu essen. Die Parkplatz-Situation ums Hotel herum ist grausig, da ist man fast schon dankbar, dass man zusätzlich 9 EUR fürs Parkdeck ausgeben darf. Weiter ist WLAN im Zimmer nur gegen Aufpreis zu haben, ich glaube für 5 EUR pro Stunde. Das ist heutzutage schon richtig unverschämt teuer. In der Summe wird aus einem mittelmässig teurem Hotel also schnell ein unerwartet teures Hotel.Das Hotel selbst ist aber schon in Ordnung, auch wenn es ausser der Hotelbar keine sonstigen Einrichtungen (z.B. Bad, Sauna, Fitness etc) gibt.

Die Lage war unschlagbar - zwischen zwei Ubahnstationen, sehr nah beim Zentrum. Ideal für Sightseeing.

Das Bad war viel zu klein, die Dusche eine Frechheit, im Bett fanden sich Haare, die nicht unsere eigenen waren und Fliesen und Türe im Bad waren schmutzig.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die verkehrsgünstige Lage haben die 6 Tage Hamburg zur Freude gemacht . Hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer (502); Badezimmer mit Wanne und recht geräumig. Frühstück hatten wir keines im Hotel.

Zu wenig Ablagefläche, bzw, kein geschlossener Schrank.
