This family-run, 3-star superior hotel is located in the center of the Hessian town of Griesheim, close to the university city of Darmstadt. The Hotel Café Nothnagel provides ideal accommodations for a relaxing vacation. Pamper yourself in the hotel spa area complete with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and solarium. Very clean and modern hotel with lots of amenities including WiFi. Wonderful breakfast in the morning, which is included in the room rate. If visiting Griesheim or Darmstadt I would definitely recommend this property. Nothing!

Staff very nice and friendly. Lovely breakfast and quick service. Booking through booking.com had somehow been cancelled, luckily the hotel was still able find a room for me.

I stayed here many years ago when the Nothnagel family first opened the hotel. I was and still am treated as a friend and would recommend this hotel unreservedly. Great value. Free parking, wi-fi, sauna and swimming pool. The rooms are spotless. Breakfast buffet is copious and excellent. Mrs Nothnagel is a splendid host.

I liked the hotel very much, everything was good. Very clean. Would stay again. Breakfast was very vast and quite a lot to choose from :) The bed was two single beds pushed together with two individual single covers. I would of thought for a hotel this would be a double duvet as did get a bit cold in room and had to use both covers.

The owners are very helpful and want to accommodate their guests. The breakfast was much more than expected with eggs cooked to order. Our room was large by Europe standards but had all the amenities. We flew into Frankfurt and wanted someplace near to rest before commencing our auto trip. We could not have chosen better. Highly reccomend.

Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sehr sauber, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles was man als Monteur in der Woche braucht ist fussläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr üppig aber einfach (1 Scheibe Frischwurst, 1 Scheibe Käse und Schinken sind etwas wenig Auswahl), ansonsten Marmelade und Müsli und Dosenwurst. Zimmer vorne heraus sind etwas laut da direkt an der Hauptstrasse

El servicio en general es muy bueno. Hotel familiar, todo se maneja de forma personal. Quizás las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero perfectamente equipadas con todo lo necesario.

Es ist ein gepflegtes Familienhotel mit ausgezeichneten Mitarbeitern. Im Caffee fühlt man sich so richtig wohl und ist von den Serviererinnen immer umsorgt. Das Gebäckangebot ist umfangreich und äußerst schmackhaft. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr reichlich und individuelle Wünsche werden schnell umgesetzt. In Griesheim werden wir immer wieder im Hotel Nothnagel buchen.

Das fantastische und frische Frühstück,die Freundlichkeit des Personals.Das ein Pool vorhanden ist für so ein kleines Hotel. Leider Zimmer zur Strassenseite,die sehr laut.

Aangenaam, proper hotel met saunaruimte, voldoende (gratis) parkeerplaats en een goed ontbijt. Vanaf 15.00 uur in de namiddag was er geen personeel meer te bespeuren. Het hotel was enkel nog bereikbaar via een deur aan de zijkant.

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer und Bad 100% sauber. Frühstück ab 6:30Uhr und frisch, dazu Zeitungen zur Auswahl. Schwimmbad etc. nicht getestet. Seperate Parkplätze am Haus. Minibar etc. zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Wenn die Zimmertüren noch getauscht werden und gegen dickere ersetzt werden, ein tolles Hotel! Zimmertüren sehr dünn. Dadurch jedesmal die Lifttüren gehört (Zimmer direkt gegenüber dem Lift) und Gespräche auf dem Gang. Langes Schlafen war da nicht drin. Bedingt durch die automatischen Türschlüsser in Verbund mit den dünnen Türen müssen die Zimmertüren sehr laut ins Schloss gezogen werden. Das bekommt man von jedem Etagenbewohner mit!

Uitstekend hotel met mooie schone kamer en zelfs een zwembad(je). Zeer goed ontbijt en vriendelijke hulpvaardige mensen. Tram stopt voor de deur. Ideaal om naar het centrum van Darmstadt te gaan. Een vreemde lucht in de badkamer. Parkeerplaats is inderdaad wat krap. Niet te laat aankomen.
