This Mercure hotel offers quiet rooms, a modern gym, and easy access to highways A3 and A52. It is located in Düsseldorf-Ratingen, just a 15-minute drive from Düsseldorf Airport. All rooms at the Mercure Düsseldorf Airport have satellite TV, a bathroom with bathtub, and Wi-Fi. Free internet access is available in the business center. Free recreational facilities at the Mercure Düsseldorf include a well-equipped gym and an outdoor pool. There are also indoor and outdoor play areas for younger guests. The Quecke restaurant features a terrace, and serves international food. Exotic cocktails, German beers and small snacks are available in the Kornkammer bar. The room was nice . Good price without breakfast. There was not air condition (does not work). Breakfast varied but not so good and not good value for money.

1) Fair price and fair comfort. 2) Silent environment 3) enough parking space 1) Far away from everything, especially the airport 2) There is a nice parking place: only a pitty that you have to pay 4 euros. The hotel is namely not in the city, but 'in the middle of nowhere'. 3) Why always charging for Wifi? Hotels should follow the McDonalds example (in Holland): always for free in all locations. 4) In my mindset Mercure was better than Ibis, but this hotel did not offer anything more than an avarage Ibis.

it was quite and relaxing. the price/value ratio. It was extremely expensive for a single room ( 235 euro without breakfast) and they charged 7 euro for the wifi. No minibar in the room.

Front desk was very accommodating after I messed up on the number in our party that were staying there. It's in a quiet area of town. Would have been nice to have wifi available.

Friendly staff, reasonably good breakfast buffet for this type of hotel. This hotel is a scam. Having the words "Dusseldorf Airport" in the hotel name when a taxi drive from the airport takes 20-30 minutes (depending on traffic) and costs about 30 eur is almost criminal.

The evening meal selection was good and varied. The staff were very polite and helpful. There was a fixed overnight parking charge of 4€. This was not clear at the time of booking and there was no other parking possibility in the local area (bit of a captive audience charge).

Graag in brochures duidelijk vermelden dat er een busje rijdt; bij wie dit te melden bij aankomst airport (Eurocar, wist ik niet) en hoeveel dit kost (€ 12, P.p retour). Geeft mij meer duidelijkheid in kiezen.

Die Lage am Autobahnkreuz ist sehr zentral. Wir haben das Business Package mit WLAN im Zimmer gebucht.Trotz Reklamation an der Rezeption und Kontakt mit dem Internetprovider reichten 4 Tage nicht um Zugang zum Internet zu bekommen. Auf Anfrage bei der Abreise war man an der Rezeption nicht bereit die Zusatzkosten für das Business Package zu erstatten.
