Mercure Düsseldorf Airport

since i came with 2 large luggages, no one from the reception offered to help me with the bags. there was trash under the bed from previous guest, the bathroom had a strange smell. pay tv which was not working, and the heating in the room was not working so i need to ask for and extra heater. pillows were to small and not comfortable. poor breakfast. no mini bar in the room...and this all happens in the hotel which is classified as 4 star hotel!

was renovated in the inside, was clean, if your really in a bind and there's no place to stay then its ok,

location is garbage, price is way to high, stay just in lintorf which is 5 a minute drive, cute little town center, cute eateries and shops, same location next to all the highways. the hotel doesnt tell you they charge $4 for parking even though there is loads of room out there in the middle of nowhere, internet charges are outrageous. dont bother paying for parking just press the little button on your way out and the gate opens.the place looks like an army bunker on the outside, if the price was $80 per night then it would have been ok, i suspect just because its part of the mercure chain they think they can charge so much.

Breakfast service was the best ;)

Having the local taxi pick you up from the airport, and the bill put on your room was a good idea for all those like myself who did'nt happen to have any of the local money. My time there was short but I found the staff to be great. Next time I;ll have to learn the language

The only thing that I felt was bad was that the internet provider had let them down

Goed ontbijt, aardig personeel.

Dat er tot 2 uur 's nachts luidruchtige rokers buiten voor de ingang stonden, onze kamer lag dar pal boven. (Na 1 telefoontje naar de receptie was dit echter wel opgelost.)

Bisognerebbe arieggiare di piu' le camere

De serveerster bij het ontbijt leerde zelfs de namen van de mensen die langer dan een nacht bleven van buiten.

Er is een fitnessruimte maar de loopband kon niet gebruikt worden.We konden wel gratis naar een fitness in de buurt maar die was op dat moment al dicht. Jammer maar niet de schuld van het hotel.
