parking and location. Very nice outside facilities of hotels. Dirty room. spots on the wall (huge!!!), smelling bed, shower did not work. I had to call for explanation since a really hard moving button has been pushed in by the cleaning personnel. I could hardly rechange the mode of the shower.

Convenient for our event. Room rates charged differed from those quoted on the website. One room was by the delivery are an they started around 4.30 am so not too quiet.

Отличный завтрак, приветливый персонал, очень хороший ресторан при отеле. Далеко от центра, но автобусная остановка в 2 минутах пешком от отеля. Не очень большие комнаты и почему-то не запирающаяся дверь в ванной. Странно, но не критично.

Отличный отель для того, чтобы переночевать путешествуя на автомобиле. Рядом с автобаном, бесплатная просторная парковка. Номера просто изумительные. Если цель поездки - побродить по городу, то этот отель не подойдет. До центра далеко, надо ехать на машине

Wir haben zur Übernachtung ein sauberes und günstiges Hotel gesucht um in den Weihnachtsfeiertagen den kürzesten Weg zur Familie zu haben. Die Zimmer waren soweit ok bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten die wir nicht so angenehm empfanden: Kissen im Bett sehr unbequem Toilette hinter der Türe mit hartem Recycling WC-Papier fand gar kein guten Anklang !!!!!!!! Jedoch der Empfang von Ihrem Mitarbeiter am 25.12.11 um ca. 23 Uhr war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Es gibt reichlich Parkplätze. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr ausgewogen und abwechselungsreich. Der Pool sieht sehr gut aus, nur fehlte mir Anfang November der Mut, ihn zu nutzen. Hier könnte vielleicht ermuntern, wenn an der Reception oder im tv ein Hinweis geschaltet wäre zur Wassertemperatur (Z.B. morgens um 8:00 abgelesen). Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert. Die Ausschilderung für die Hotelvorfahrt könnte besser sein. Oder ein Seiteneingang von der Garage könnte geöffnet werden. Wer erst sein Auto abstellt, ist überrascht, dass er bei Regen einmal um das Haus herum gehen muss, bis er zum Eingang kommt.

Struttura molto bella e tranquilla, camere ampie e ben arredate La posizione è molto periferica e soprattutto distante da ogni agglomerato urbano. Può andare bene solo se si è in auto e si intende usarla per recarsi ovunque

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen (6 Paare) und alle haben bestätigt, dass das Hotel-Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit war. Ein Paar wollte sein Zimmer verlegt wissen, was auch völlig unproblematisch verlief. Die Zimmer waren alle sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und es wurde sehr aufmerksam immer nachgefüllt. Die gesamte Atmosphäre im Haus ist locker und entspannt. Vom Hotel aus gibt es gute Anbindung an die Stadt und auf die Autobahn. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, schöner Blick vom Hardtberg über die Kölner Bucht. Die Badezimmer sollten dringend renoviert werden. Ein Duschvorhang an der Badewanne ! Die Fernseher sind uralt, klein und mit schlechter Bildqualität.

Sehr nettes Personal, hervorragendes Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Sauberes und sehr schöne Juniorsuite. An der Bar musste man jeweils die Bedienung suchen.

Es gab keine Kleiderablage bzw. Kleiderschrank im Zimmer. Der Fernseher entsprach nicht dem Anspruch des Hotels, schlechtes Bild und viel zu klein. Es gab ein Lüftungssystem, dessen Funktion uns unerklärlich war, es lief in den frühen Morgenstunden ziemlich laut, abends garnicht. Es war unerträglich warm im Zimmer. Fenster konnte man wg. Der Lautstärke von der nahen Autobahn nicht öffnen.

Profesjonell resepsjonssjef. Resepsjonsbetjeningen ved innsjekk var ikke lyttende og snakket til meg når de fortalte at rommet ikke hadde internett, at jeg hadde bestilt et standard rom og at jeg måtte betalle mellomlegg for å få et rom med internett. Jeg kom ikke en gang til orde slik at jeg kunne informere om at jeg hadde bestilt og fått bekreftet et rom med internett, slik var det, ble jeg instruert om. Dette ble raskt og problemfritt ryddet opp i av resepsjonssjefen. Båndbredden var utilfredsstillende på tross av at hotellet profilerer seg som et forretningshotell og at det ikke var mange gjester.

es war alles gut durchorganisiert, prima! Profimäßig! Der Preis für das - allerdings unfangreiche - Frühstücksbuffet war mit 15€ zu hoch. Schlecht auch, dass dieser Preis beim Buchen nirgendwo auftauchte. Ich hatte ihn nur in den Gästebewertungen gelesen und war darum darauf vorbereitet...
