comfortable and clean. the sign mercure was facing an inner road and not the main road. hence at night, we got lost because we couldn't distinguish the hotel from the other buildings. also no directions on how to get there by public transport was given despite repeated emails. |

Since the hotel is situated at the suburb it is very quiet around. Even nightingales' serenades and faint trafic noise do not mar this feeling but sometimes organized groups of schoolboys could change it. Good room, bathroom and furniture in it. The hotel is easy accessible by car. Breakfast is too expensive for that sort of the hotel. Hotel staff tried to make me pay for the breakfast and services that were already paid or not used at all. Besides I was not given final receipt while had been cheking out. |

Very good selection at breakfast. The duvets were smaller than the beds! I asked if the room had been made up for a single buisiness man, as most guests were, but was told this was normal. Not in any hotel I have stayed in!! |

Olimme ajamassa Saksan läpi Ranskaan ja hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, ettei tarvinnut ajaa kaupugin keskustaan. Ruokien gluteenittomuus oli vierasta ravintolan henkilökunnalle aamiaisella. Gluteenitonta leipää ei ollut saatavilla. |

the installation of the hotel is horrible. we were assigned the room adjacent to the lift which bothering us for all night, the noice from the lift did no end before 3am. |
