The Studio M bar is open between 10:00 and 02:00.
The KAI 10 snack bar, with live music, is open from 18:00 to 00:00. (From May to August it is only open on Tuesdays.)

The stay itself was pretty good, the hotel has a good level of service. Too bad we were not able to cancel some of the rooms we reserved as we had a couple of guys being sick. It was not clearly outlined on the booking.com website that we could not cancel any rooms due to the low price of the rooms. |

Hotel didn't receive a booking instruction from Booking.com upon my check-in. I got charged higher than the price in your web. In the end, next morning, your fax instruction arrived and I got credit. Second time that this late instruction happened. |

Proximity to rail network and room amienities Yes, I didnt think it was right to have to pay for the use of tea and Coffee in the room- especially when the charges were not shown until checking out. Die Lage ist gut. Hotel mit S Bahn gut erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war herrlich! Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war nicht sehr aufmerksam. Auf angedeckten Tischen fehlten Tassen, Besteck oder Rahm. Tischtuch einmal noch mit Krümeln. |

ハンブルク中央駅からSバーン（S－３）で一駅Hammerbrookです。朝、６：００より朝食が食べら- れるので、朝早くからの移動する場合などにはありがたいです。冷暖房が備わっているため、夏の時期でも快適- に過ごせました。運河沿いのロケーションで周辺を散歩していても快適でした。 ホテルそのものは良かったです。立地条件に関してのコメントです。周辺はビジネス街のためスーパーなどもな- くちょっとした買い物とかはできません。予め中央駅構内などで買ってから戻るのがよいでしょう。ホテルから- SバーンのHammerbrook駅は少し遠く、近くには中央駅からバスもありますが、中央駅での停留所が- 分かりづらく乗り場の案内が欲しかったです。 |

Günstige Parkplätze am Hotel. Sauberes Badezimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Auf den Zimmer gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank und zudem sind die Betten viel zu klein und nicht gemüdlich. Beim Frühstuck kann das Personal auch leicht überlastet werden, wenn es voll wird. |

Gute Info über die Stadt und die HVV-Möglichkeiten, angenehme Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sowie im Service, Internet, Sauna, TG Sehr teure Hotel-TG - 21,-€ für 3 Nächte, ohne vorheriger Info diesbezüglich!!!, Internet kostenpflichtig (bin Vielreisender und habe immer öfter Internet auf dem Zimmer kostenlos, sowie sehr selten für die Benutzung der TG bezahlen müssen.). Staubige Ablage in der Garderobe, und Flecken an der Stoffumrandung der Betten. |
