The hotel was in a great location, and was very clean and comfortable. Parking garage was cleanest I have ever seen. Food was great as well. Fitness area was fair, but that is not my main criteria |

Although my stay was a very short one, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. I received a free upgrade to a spacious double room, and was also especially impressed by the quality of the food and the service both at breakfast and dinner. |

Very clean comfortable hotel, near to both the city centre and the Carolus spa (5-10 minutes walk from both). Friendly staff, great breakfast; highly recommended! |

friendly staff and clean rooms being charged for wifi is very greedy and unfriendly. Also terrible meal 2nd christmas day in restaurant - good service but the food made us ill later in the night - would recommend hotel not restaurant - breakfast was excellent however |

Wonderful, spacious rooms with shower, bath, and separate toilet. Possibly the best breakfast we've seen in (many) hotel visits. Great staff, and perfectly located in Aachen. We stayed for one night only :-) |

The situation of the hotel,and convenience(and security) of parking.The helpfulness of all staff; and the breakfasts! Yes. The room was slightly small for 2 persons staying any longer than a single night; and the hanging/storage space was wholly inadequate. The room is really designed only for a single business person staying over-night only. |

The excellent manner of all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. One minor problem was the fact that the films you could watch were a constant nightmare on our tv they kept stopping - it was annoying more than anything else. But here again the staff immediately tried to rectify this for us. |
