Modern and clean with good walking access to city center

The location and the cleanliness.

The room cleaning was done quite late in the afternoon when we returned for an afternoon nap. The toilets were separate from the shower. I dont know the logic behind it. The toilets didnt even had a hand wash facility.

Rooms were ok.

Staff was uninterested, à bit lame.

Convenience, staff all spoke English, wireless

Lack of storage space in room and bathroom- why shelves without drawers? Space limited in bathroom and room- no place to put toiletries etc No washbasin beside the toilet Basic furnishing materials Very small bath Pet hairs on bedroom carpet Pot of coffee was served too early at breakfast and was cold when we had the food ready. When we asked for more we got only cups of coffee. On the second day we were offered cups of coffee and not a pot. The waitress did not ask if we wanted tea or coffee the second day.

A very comfortable well presented hotel with friendly staff. Great location for the large Christmas market.

The bar/lounge was great value for money especially the bar snacks menu.

The hotel rooms were too warm even with the air conditioning programmed on the lowest temperature

- Standard room was okay (size, comfortable, coffee machine, separate toilet)

- poor quality pillows (I woke up with a headache) - no fresh air, couldn't open the windows due to the moise outside - paid WiFi (not normal these days...) - price of the breakfast (17 Euros per person) - We hoped to be closer to the Altstadt (however location is still within walking distance)

The hotel is nice.

The steam room was not working and this was the main reason we reserved the hotel. The a/c absolutely does not work and the room was extremely hot. We were not able to sleep well.

Hotel is located close to the city center. We have agot a free room-upgrade since the standart rooms were full.

Room had a strange smell of smoke..The bathroom arrangement was kinda unpractical, though ti contained a shower cabin, a bath tub and a big sink.

I did not like the fact that we ordered a room with double bed and got half of a familyroom with two single beds. After we complained, the member of staff told us double beds were only available on the smokers' floor of the hotel. I was not aware of the fact that you can still smoke in German hotels and that they punish you for not smoking by offering you two single beds. But we returned to our room. After we spent half an hour in the divided familyroom with someone desperately trying to get in via the linked door, we complained again. And all of a sudden, another room with double bed was available, on a non-smokers floor. What a hassle.
