We actually booked this hotel by mistake. We were looking for romantic places to stay, but this city is NOT one of them! However, while they could not refund our money, the staff went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. One of their recommendations was a 20 minute trip to Bamburg , which was incredibly beautiful. |

I liked that I was asked for invoice adress at check in and it was ready when I checked out. There was no question about smoking/no smoking room, but hotel was full so it can be understood. |

Freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter! Unkompliziertes Einchecken -und Auschecken. Langschläferfrühstück an Sonn-und Feiertagen bis 13:00Uhr. Schöne Einrichtung von Zimmer und Dusche/WC. Angenehme Lobby/Lese-und Warteraum. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet. Fahrradständer vor dem Hotel. Relative Nähe zum Stadtzentrum. Individuell einstellbare Klimaanlage/Heizung. An den Wochentagen und am Samstag Frühstück nur bis 10:30Uhr. Duschkabine kann nur halb geschlossen werden. Internet fürs Zimmer sehr teuer. |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das Fruehstueck war sehr reichaltig. Obwohl ich selbst Raucherin bin, war ich etwas irritiert, einen halbvollen Aschenbecher im Flur in einer der oberen Etagen zu sehen. Es passt einfach nicht zum "Ambiente" des Hotels. |

Ruhige Zimmer, freundl. Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück! Einfahrt in Tiefgarage etw. schlecht organisiert, Ticketautomat aus Entf. nicht als solcher erkennbar, man fährt dann leicht am Automaten vorbei und kann nicht zurückstossen, wenn andere PKWs nachfolgen! |

Sehr gutes Frühstück Es gibt keine MiniBar, lediglich einen Automaten auf dem Gang, der jedeoch mit der Zimmerkarte benutzt werden kann. Ein kleiner Fitnessraum fehlt allerdings, was bei einem 4Sterne Business Hotel zu erwarten wäre. |
