Great food although not in large variety, great comfort in the room although a bit far from the subway (definitely above 10 minutes). There are few restaurants nearby. No business center, and not many restaurants and shops nearby for customers to enjoy. |

Novotel provided the best buffet breakfast among my holiday in Germany. There was juice and apples available in the reception counter in free. My daughter enjoyed it very much. The staff are very friendly. |

Very professional. Superb breakfast and buffet lunch. Only complaint - not all the rooms have airconditioning. If the weather was warm, the heat would be unbearable. That is my only concern with the hotel - insist when u book that the room is airconditioned. |

The Breakfast was awesome. The Hotel did not have any shuttle Bus. They should consider this service for their guests. |

The hotel was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location is in the business district so may suit the business traveller better however we enjoyed our stay. The food for the breakfast buffet was the best we have seen... terrific. |

Good staff, nice hotel I stayed for 2 nights & on both nights an alarm went off at 2am - not good for a sound nights sleep. I have stayed at this hotel on many previous occasions as it is convenient & normally good value for money, on this occasion the price was exorbitant (over double normal) & I doubt that I will use it again |

Es gibt nichts an dem Hotel auszusetzen. In allen Bereichen (Personal/Zimmer/Frühstück/Serviceeinrichtungen/Ta- xibestellung etc.) war das Hotel einfach klasse. Ich habe selten ein solch freundliches und hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal angetroffen. |

Tolles Frühstück, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Eine ziemlich derbe Hygienepanne, die unfassbare Internetrate von 1 Euro pro Minute sowie die Tatsache, dass im Internet ein Abstand von 3,5 km zum Messegelände angegeben wird (ich weiß nicht, inwiefern das Hotel für diese Angabe verantwortlich ist), während es in Wirklichkeit 7-8 km sind. |

Sehr ausgewogenes Frühstück, nette Bedienung und schön eigerichtete Zimmer. Es war viel zu warm im Hotel und man konnte die Klimaanlage nicht selber einstellen. Wenn man das Fenster nachts aufmachen wollte, kam von der nahe gelegenen Verbrennungsanlage resp. Kläranlage ein unangenehmer Geruch ins Zimmer. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes (eine Matratze) ist sehr weich und jede kleinste Bewegung wird vom Partner wahrgenommen. |

Lag centraal,en het ontbijd was echt super (ps wel zelf moet vragen of het bij de prijs in zat, en waar het was, en van hoelaat tot hoelaat) Ze hadden me gewoon op een invalieden kamer gezet ,(niks tegen invalieden)Ik had 2 losse bedden besteld omdat ik met een colega was,nee wat doen die gasten geven ze me een half 2 persoonbed op een invallieden kamer,het nacht personeel was zeer onvriendelijk,ze lachten me gewoon uit, toen ik met mijn klacht kwam.ze zijden dat het hotel vol zat en dit nog de enige kamer was, dat was ook zo, maar ik had al wel in februari geboekt dan ga ik van uit dat ze rekening houden met mijn wensen,en ik had mij smiddag nog keurig gemeld, dat ik pas na 00:00 binnen kwam I.V.M. concert Bruce Springsteen. |

Ik vond het een prettig verblijf, aardig personeel, nette kamers en een uitstekend ontbijtbuffet ik vond het jammer dat wij geen airco op onze kamer hadden, want het was ontzettend benauwd en warm op de kamer |

Netjes en goede bediening. Wil je echt centraal zitten dan is dit misschien geen aanrader. Wij hebben geboekt i.v.m. een concert in de CB-arena en dan is dit een prima adres. |
