Novotel Frankfurt Niederrad  

The location of the hotel is very far from the center of the city, and the train station is too far, especially when the weather is bad or when raining. What really dissapointed me is that Novotel demands money for the Internet connection. Somebody has to tell them that we live in the 21st century and especially when you travel for business purposes, you take free Internet for granted. I travel every yeat to Frankfurt (my company books many rooms for approx 10 days each), it was my first time in Novotel and for sure also the last one...

I stayed here with 2 children, ages 8 and 6. Large family room and very nice facilities. The only problem is the location. About 8 mins to the subway and it's not a nice walk. Industrial area, very isolated. Nice hotel, terrible local. I'd choose a different hotel next time because of the location.

well worthy,a 5 star level breakfast,clean and sense of freshness in the hotel.free internet in the lobby and my children enjoyed the free x box games in the lobbyas well as the swimming pool. some budget shops near hotel (as LIDL & ALDI) within 3 minute walk.

pillows in the executive rooms that we stayed in were quite light/soft.

Overall Hotel was conveniently located for my purpose. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained - apart from the specific points mentioned.

1) Air conditioning in room not effective 2) Noise from railway tracks next to hotel was a bit intrusive. 3) there were a few flying inects in the room - probably because aircon did not work properly 4) Room Rate booked through booking.com included free minibar, discounted internet and free room service. I was charged for minibar and room service and the staff knew nothing about discounted internet 5) I ordered room service. Service was good but food was mediocre at best.

Close location to the Flughafen. Wonderful staff, very helpful and attractive.

All things were fine.

离机场很近。住得也比较舒服。

我住的标准间洗手间没有抽风机（这点很不好）。上网费和早餐费太贵。

フランクフルトメッセのイベントに参加するために宿泊しました。メッセまではやや遠いですが、時期的に軒並- み宿泊料が高くなっており、少ない選択肢の中から選んだのでやむを得ずという感じです。駅からは徒歩10分- 程度。回りに何もないので、食料などが必要なら予め調達することをお薦めします。

Je trouve cet hôtel vraiment sans aucun intérêt . La situation géographique est nulle de tout intérêts. La moindre course de taxi pour se rendre en ville minimum 18€ La vue de ma chambre cote route donne sur un cimetière et la station de bus ou tram est vraiment très loin dans un quartier complément désert limite film de peur.
