An excelent hotel close to motorwys and transport to city. clean and quiet but dont expect a view from rooms or restaurant. very good buffet breakfast with great choice

The location of the hotel is very far from the center of the city, and the train station is too far, especially when the weather is bad or when raining. What really dissapointed me is that Novotel demands money for the Internet connection. Somebody has to tell them that we live in the 21st century and especially when you travel for business purposes, you take free Internet for granted. I travel every yeat to Frankfurt (my company books many rooms for approx 10 days each), it was my first time in Novotel and for sure also the last one...

well worthy,a 5 star level breakfast,clean and sense of freshness in the hotel.free internet in the lobby and my children enjoyed the free x box games in the lobbyas well as the swimming pool. some budget shops near hotel (as LIDL & ALDI) within 3 minute walk. pillows in the executive rooms that we stayed in were quite light/soft.

Le personnel des étages très discrets. Vous pouvez dormir tranquille le matin. Des affiches de prix qui induisent en erreur. A l'entrée de l'hôtel nous pouvons lire en grand "Breakfast 7,50 €/ pers". Durant mon séjour, j'ai pris qu'un petit déjeuner en room, on me l'a facturé 2 fois 19 euros! Etant pressé au check-out et ne comprenant pas bien l'Allemand, j'ai réglé pensant que les compétences du personnel étaient digne d'un Accor. Non, ils ajoutent tout les services que vous aurez pu utiliser.

Heel prettig dat men op zondag nog laat kan ontbijten en ook langer gebruik van de hotelkamer kan maken als men dat wilt. Ik heb geruime tijd geleden voor lange tijd in het hotel verbleven en een van de personeelsleden herkende mij nog na 10 jaar; hetgeen ik zeer op prijs stelde.

フランクフルトメッセのイベントに参加するために宿泊しました。メッセまではやや遠いですが、時期的に軒並- み宿泊料が高くなっており、少ない選択肢の中から選んだのでやむを得ずという感じです。駅からは徒歩10分- 程度。回りに何もないので、食料などが必要なら予め調達することをお薦めします。

La piscine et sauna a partir de 17h uniquement Je trouve cet hôtel vraiment sans aucun intérêt . La situation géographique est nulle de tout intérêts. La moindre course de taxi pour se rendre en ville minimum 18€ La vue de ma chambre cote route donne sur un cimetière et la station de bus ou tram est vraiment très loin dans un quartier complément désert limite film de peur.
