Very clean and tidy, staff very helpful, breakfast superb! Paying for the parking facilities as all the free spaces outside were occupied on arrival.

The location is ok, easy to find although a sharp turn on the tramway is required to enter. Rooms are large and clean and the position makes the hotel quiet. The cost of the breakfast... Better to go to the caffetteria at the market across the street

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel und waren sehr positiv von der Küche überrascht. Vielfältige Karte (Abendessen) und ein sehr zuvorkommender Kellner. Auch das sehr reichhaltige Frühstück war der Preis auf jeden Fall wert. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Gera sind, dann wieder in diesem Hotel, welches wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen können. Schön, dass auch unser Hund willkommen war. Hundüberraschung beim Einchecken und Wasser im Restaurant ohne nachzufragen. Einfach top.

Waren wegen eines Familienfestes(wir feierten bereits zum drittenmal in Familie) in diesem Hotel. Personal, Service etc. waren in Ordnung. Ansonsten wuerden wir immer wiederkommen. Zu bemaengeln waere auf jeden Fall ein fehlender Kosmetikspiegel in jedem Sanitaerbereich der Zimmer.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die angebotenen Serviceleistungen (konnte diese leider nicht nutzen, da ich nur für eine Nacht gebucht hatte). Das Frühstück war nicht im Preis enthalten und war m.E. überteuert.Die kostenlosen Parkplätze waren sehr knapp.

Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmer in Innehof war auch am Wochenende sehr ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Vielleicht hätten es einige thüringer süße Backwaren noch mehr sein können. Alles in allem sehr gut. Kommen gern wieder.

Sehr nettes Personal und ein sauberes und modernes Badezimmer. Die Umgebung war nicht grade einladent, zum größten Teil kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Jedoch sieht es komisch aus wenn neben dem Hotel eine Hausruine steht.

We hebben 2x in het Hotel gedineerd, en het eten was helemaal top. Niets op aan te merken en de bediening was keurig en we hoefden niet lang op onze bestelling te wachten.
