The botanical garden is approximately 500 metres from the hotel, while the city centre can be reached in 25 minutes by public transport or in 20 minutes by car.
The hotel is the nearest hotel to the HSH Nordbank Arena, home to Hamburg SV football club, and the Colorline Arena, another major venue for concerts and sporting events.

The room was simple but nice. The 'extra' sitting area/ or sofa is a bit exaggerated, but all in all it was a really great deal value for money and easy to find. the receptionist was not very forthcoming when we asked about where to go and what to do in Hamburg - if you're only visiting the place, it would be nice to get a bit of helpful information. The pool area is tiny but at least it's there. |

I liked that the receptionist gave me the cheap internet rate although I wasn't able to pay by credit card as required for this rate which I didn't know. The room was alright, nothing fancy but for the original price, that would be double what I paid, I would have been disappointed. The food at the restaurant was very good. |

My reservation was a family room for 4 person. but, there was no family room. only double room was available. so we stayed in a double room including one sofa bed. I don't think it is a really familiy room. At least they should have contained two double beds. |

部屋は広く，ベッドも寝やすかった。Room was wide, bed and sofa-bed are comfortable. プールは５メートル四方。子供が遊ぶ程度なら良いが，大人は泳げない。The swimming pool was 5 square meters, good for children but small for adults. |
