The staff was friendly and it was well situated near the main train station. The rooms were clean and the bed quite comfortable. Breakfast at 15EUR/person is unreasonably priced. We ate elsewhere.

Excellent location right next to the train station and within walking distance to all the major sights. Breakfast buffet was too expensive and not vegan friendly. Also, the hotel does not offer free wifi and had only one computer for guests to use.

Child can stay without additional fee, including breakfast. So, it's very reasonable for a parent. In addition, the location of the hotel is near the main station and very convenient.

It is a good location by the station and trams and all the shops in the city centre. It is lovely and warm and I loved the Christmas biscuits on the reception. Good value for money and a great breakfast. I have stayed here on several times on business and for leisure. It could do with a decor make over now as the colours in the rooms are dated, however it is still very clean.

The location was very good and the staff were very helpful. We elected to have the buffet breakfast each day and were very pleased with what was offered. However, the hotel was fully booked so it was a little difficult to get a table one morning. Our room accommodations were very good - there were three in our party. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay.

Nice room, clean and spacious. We had a suite with two bathroom at a very low fare. Best position, close to the Central Station and the city center. Leipzig is really nice in this season!

Excellent location from the bahnhof -- very personable staff == fantastic breakfasts -- very clean rooms == highly recommend I am a diabetic and had asked on booking,com for a refrigerator for my needed medications. While the room had a mini-bar and I made use of this as best I could...I Would have appreciated a refrigerator...or a reply from booking.com that a refrigerator was not possible.

The hotel is very close to the main railway station. The hotel has good facilities and an excellent breakfast. The shower in our room didn't work, but there was a hip bath so no real problems.

Modern hotel, right in front of the main station, and very close to the city centre. Breakfast is excellent and definitely worth the 15 euros. The room was large, though the furnishing a little basic. Free internet in the lobby. The staff at the reception desk should try and smile a little more. They do not really make you feel welcome.

The staff was very friendly and helpful regarding getting around the city. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the major train station, so getting around was very easy. The tour buses also park directly by the hotel, so getting a tour of Leipzig was also a cinch. The room was clean and spacious. Also liked the cafe/bar :)

The staff and service was very good. The welcome was warm and helpful. The location was perfect for our stay leaving us in the middle of the city for shopping and close to the tram terminus for getting around the city. The rooms were very basic for the price. Clean, but basic.

Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast in nice garden, convenient parking Poor plumbing (drains in shower and sink backed up into each other) and we had a foul smell in the room as a result. Long waits for elevator. Carpeting a bit shabby.

Great location for Bachfest venues and he railway station, and the station is a great area for shopping and restaurants. The entrance porch is taken over by smokers at times, and the entance can be quite unpleasantly smoky.

Location is very good. Convenient to main train station and shopping. Very bad mattress (too soft and curved in the middle). Expensive breakfast so didn't try. Have stayed for a much nicer and newer hotel with free breakfast for the same price.

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location! The toilet was a separate room from the bathroom, but without a sink! So after using the toilet you had to go into the bathroom to wash you hands! Very annoying! Also, there was no bath towels there when we arrived, we had to ask at the reception to get them.
