Friendly and helpful staff The pillows were terrible, the room was poorly ventilated and was very hot. The shower drain was blocked and filled up with water. Staff entered our room before 10am twice to try and clean it. |

Location is very good. Just in front of Leipzig Hbf. And room was so clean & all hotel staff was friendly, so we enjoyed our trip so comfortable. |

nice hotel, perfect for a touch-and-go visit to leiptig. ask for extras if you need them (i.e. double sheets). the german way is "save the environment", so don't expect to find unessential amenities. |

The staff of the hotel is extremely nice and helpful! This hotel is one of the few that has a wheelchair accessible room with a double bed! Wonderful! |

Great location in the city. Hotel garage is worth it. Breakfast is expensive at the hotel and there are great cafes around the corner where you can get a good meal. |

Friendly personnel, very good breakfast a´15€, central location close to railwaystation and old town. Close to Gewandhaus which was our target. Parking place underground at the price of 8,50 per day.Quiet room, however any noise from the neighbouring room easy to hear |

Its very close to everything!! Very central!! The food at the restaurant hotel was just o.k, i thought it would be really good and fancy since is a 4* hotel but it was still ok. |

The location is good. The room maid provided me and my wife only one set of liquid soap and shampoo though we stayed 3 days. |

The room was a good size. We had a triple room with a toddler. They gave my son a toy upon check in. There was a park right across the street. The main train station is across the street. (It's on a corner.) Al the major sites are within an easy walking distance. There was a lock on the mini bar (key with your hotel key) to keep my son out. We could all relax at the end of the day The bed was a bit firm and the pillow was a bit soft for my liking. The children's playground is a small play area in the lobby. It's perfect for check in/out, and we did use it for a few minutes one afternoon. There is a park right across the street though, with a duck pond and lots of green space where the children can run around. |

Like any other Novotel. The bed was not that comfortable and they only gave us one duvet which was not as large as the bed. Also there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but this may be normal for Germany. |
