Staff, service , food, room and location at the airport all amazing. Very clean and friendly.

The wifi was a bit of a pain, I paid for wifi for 24 hours as myself and colleague had work to do in a twin room, unfortunately only one of us could log in at a time!

Close to airport. Convenient public bus connection. Quiet. Airline check-in facility.

Nice rooms

We had to stay in Muenchen 8 hours, waiting for our plain and chose this hotel, but it is too far from airport. You should wait for some bus, which does not come at night. Hotel does not have free transfer to airport. And in the room you can not open the window

Excellent facscility .....close to the airport, a bus ride away. Very quiet and comfortable.

Location to Munich airport and access to train stations and public buses is easy

Expensive for the facilities provided.

We had a nice night here before leaving for home after a 10 day trip in Germany. The hotel had a great bar (literally any alcohol, wine, beer we could think of) and the restaurant looked nice though we didn't eat in it. It is a hotel that largely seems to cater to business travelers (bar & restaurant prices are expensive), but they were very hospitable to my family & young son. Just behind & to the left of the check in desk is a kids play area with blocks & puzzles :) The crib was already set up with nice sheets & blanket when we arrived late in the evening. We had an early morning flight to LAX and were happy to find the S Bahn trains were running pretty frequently even at 5 am. The walk to the train from the hotel is not bad, maybe 10 minutes- we left the room at 5:15, checked out and walked to the train and were able to catch the 5:33 S1 train for the 1 stop to the airport- $2.50 euro for hubby & I and my son was free on the Bahn. If you arrive by train, there is a nice footbridge that takes you over the train tracks towards the hotel, follow the signs to the Parking lot (to the left if coming from the trains) along a lit sidewalk and you will see a sign to go under a road to the hotel. It was marked well.

The only thing we didn't like was the bed.. it was VERY firm.

Dinner and staff in the restaurant - 'real people' which take an honest interest in their clients.

Transfer to the airport with big luggage (two golf bags and two suitcases) is not very luxurious ... - is pretty akward actually

Luxury after a 2 week biking holiday in many and varied guest houses!

On booking it was not clear that the hotel was not next to the airport, it was a local bus trip away. The staff kindly sold me a bus ticket but I was expecting a leisurely walk. Should have read the small print.

Proximity to the airport is perfect -- easy bus stop access to Terminals 1&2. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hot water and great water pressure in shower.

Expensive for what it is...but you pay for the convenience of the airport access.

The staff were great with our two small children given them small gifts that kept them amused while we checked in. Very friendly and helpful.

Location to Munich Airport was ideal. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Breakfast is expensive and like many other guests reviewers, I am amazed that Wi-Fi is not included.

Staff was very friendly, nice room with tea and coffee available. Extra bed for 1 child without additional charges.

We almost missed the plane because the pre-ordered taxi (reserved by the reception to arrive at 4:10 am!) did not show up before 4:45 am. So, we arrived to the airport almost 40 minutes later than planned with all our luggage and a 5 years old daughter during the night. If the taxi would have taken 5 minutes more, we would have missed the plane. Lots of running in the airport with a young child.

we liked the idea of returning the car, and checking into a hotel a few minutes away from the terminal. we got to workout at the gym and sleep well.

you can order food only till 01:00 am, this was a surprise since flights are 24/7. lucky we had some food with us...

Hotel Shutle Bus does not exist from airport. General Bus 635 not so easy to catch .

food at the restaurant was pricey, and just ok

The hotel is close to the airport within 5 bus stops from T2, good breakfast with many varieties, clean and big rooms

I booked a non smoking room, and that was what I got at the check in, but the toilet in this room extremely smelled cigarettes.

We booked long time in advance and we got a very good offer. If you are in layover just waiting for the next day early flight, this is the place to stay. S- bahn station whitin walking distance, so is very easy to reach downtown Munich.
