Very large rooms, very clean and comfortable, great for business trip. Would stay here again as value for money was terrific.Not exactly in the centre but still very close. 15-20 minute walk or 5 min walk to metro. Would definitely stay here again if you don't mind the walk. the elevators were very annoying! and the housekeepers kept knocking on my door early in the morning and would just come in. Even when i was on the toilet. was not impressed so leave your 'do not disturb' sign on if you want some peace and quiet! I also got a call from reception early in the morning telling me 'my car was here' but i never ordered one so was annoyed they had woken me up. |

Quality / price ratio is excellent for Münich standards Contrary to the name "City" the hotel is located in the Ostbahnhof area. Location is a bit funny, on a back road behind the Holiday Inn. For a taxi, better walk to the Holiday Inn where they are readily available otherwise prepare for a long wait. |

Morning Buffet + Location - Hotel parking was full when we got there, but you can park at holiday Inn instead. / It was a bit cold in the room at night, and heater didn't work well. |

It is located in near the city center, not far from the Deutsch Museum. It's far enough from the main street so no big noise. |

Air conditioner, Pet allowed, Close to restaurants and bakery(for breakfast, cheaper!), easy access from UG parking to room, friendly reception. Door for the shower doesn't close all the way so floor was flood(need extra towel). |

Relatively close to city centre. Parking was readily available. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Relative to similar hotels we occupied in Cologne, Stuttgart, Wurzburg and Darmstadt, this was almost twice the price per night with only limited additiional added value. Further, all other hotels provided "breakfast included". Novotel Munich did not include breakfast in the basic price per night. |

The location is good and the breakfast buffet was excellent The room for 3 persons was very small for 3 people, and seemed to be just the size of an ordinary double room, although the prize was 1/3 more! The sofabed for the 3rd person was also not very comfortable so charging 100 euros per night for that was quite unreasonable... Also the distance between the bathroom door and the double bed was really too small! |

the staff is friendly the check in is always with the delay minimum for 30 minutes, it needs to be corrected very quickly, it effects the image of the hotel |

Very Modern Hotel. Clean and quiet compared to my friends who stayed close to Murien Platz. A bit expensive if your looking to save money but this was during Oktoberfest too. |

The staff, room, and location are very good. The breakfast is delicious! I would definitely stay here again. But the restaurant (lunch and dinner) is horrible, the food takes a long time to arrive, the portion is very little, the flavour and aspect of the food are horrible and it is expensive. It seams you are not in the same place of the one you had breakfast in the morning. I would be ashemed to serve a food like that. |
