The hotel has an excellent location, great breakfast, parking on site and a pool/massage....a playroom for kids. It was great! |

Convenient location (very close to S-Bahn station) & spacious, well-designed rooms. Computer stations available for guest use in the lobby. The toilet is separate from the sink/shower/bath, making washing hands very inconvenient after using the facilities. |

Once we found it, we liked the convenient location, even though it was out of the city center. Everything was "advertised." Good restaurant. The musician in the bar. There was no way in the restaurant to get away from him, and the music was loud and, to be polite, not very good. Because of him, we did not go to the bar. |

location and ease of accessing the city I needed to switch 3 times rooms because the 1st one was with 2 beds instead of a 1 king sized the 2nd time they gave me an allready occupied room 3rd room was not clean |

The front desk staff were not willing to take a vat (tax) form for those living (stationed) abroad. The floor manager was actually extremely rude about it. |
