The rate for the family was just brilliant. That was the special offer, but it was really great. Rooms are very clean with some limited space, but perfect for just an overnight stay. Location though not completely central, but very close to city centre and you would need 15-20 minutes to reach the centre by feet. Parking is available not only on site, but there some possibilities in the nearby street as well if you are lucky. We did not have a chance to check the wellness centre, but it is available. Somehow weird bathroom & toilet combination, but that's not bad taking into account 4 members of the family that might have different needs.

Beds were very bad (bad pillows bad matras (much too hard) and bad blanket. You would expect this kind of quality in a 2 star hotel , not in a 4 star hotel. Diner in the hotel was bad. I ordered a pizza which clearly was a pizza coming out of the freezer from the supermarket. If you can't make a decent pizza, don't put it on the menu.

Our room was wonderful. My husband, son and I were quite comfortable. Full size bed and full size pull out sofa ( our son is 6'3 and he needs the room) We asked for and were given robes and slippers to go to the pool/spa area. A nice touch. They also provided umbrella's( we went Memorial Day weekend and it was pouring) The breakfast buffet was huge and very well stocked and the wait staff was friendly.The train station is just a few minutes walk. An over-all great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel. Got off to a rocky start at check in. The machine for the parking garage was broken ( which my husband found out as he was trying to get in) and we went to our room and realized they had assigned us to the wrong type of room ( no sofa bed) All things were straightened out.

easy to use friendly staff Fodd was terrible... only eat once (dinner) and had to complain about the quality - pototo green (and served in silver paper!) and meat very poor quality

Big room, quiet (view to the inside garden), huge beds, pool, spa area, etc... Close to the Deutche Museum and to a S-Bahn station (2 stops from centre) Breakfast is quite expensive

I liked the hotel. Staff is friendly, food is tasty. The hotel locates near the centre of Munich. I'd like to stay in Novotel again in the future. There is no free connection to Internet in rooms. 21 euro per person per breakfast is enough expensive (when I was there in 2008 it was free). But on the other hand food was different and very tasty.

Everything fair for the price. Nothing outstanding, just fairly good. The location could be better. Close to the Railway station, but the area is not clean anf full of immigrants. There are many hotels near Duetsche Museum where it is much more quiet and nice. Breakfast is expensive if not included into the rate.

I was travelling with the 11y. old son. Hotel was just 2 stops away from the city center by S-bahn. We like that it is located in a very quiet area, noiseless, peaceful and relaxing. You can hear birds all day long. Safe hotel for kids, my son was going to pool alone which was great. Very children friendly. Staff at the reception desk were friendly but they need to be more informed about major current events happening in Munich. For example they never heard of BMW ATP Tennis tournament, which was Bavaria's biggest tennis outdor tournament.

Location of the Hotel Sunday Breakfast termed as Pampering the Guests with late time till 1 PM but with poor services. Additionally the I have stayed at the Accor Hotel but no points were credited to my account. Please explain the reason for the same

The friendly staff and for a visitor to Germany it was nice to see that they were all German with good local knowledge of where to go. There wasn't a sink in the room's toilet.
