Very nice breakfast. Room was compact and small but facilities were cleverly designed so that the stay in the room was very comfortable. |

The room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful! The room didnt have enough wardrobes, bathroom was right in front of the bed so it was almost impossible to sleep if somebody was taking shower and light was coming right th the bed. Hairdryer we didnt like a lot. |

The hotel was conveniently situated close to train station and 15 mins walk from centre of Munich. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was amazing eventhough it was expensive. |

Clean rooms The double room provided, was small to handle two suitcases and two people. the room required to be wider to be able to use desk and chair properly. |

The hotel was easy walking distance into the city centre, and staff were friendly and helpful. I felt that the charge for parking should be included in the room price as the room was expensive enough. |

The room was clean and well kept. It would be unfair to say that all of the staff were rude and unhelpful. Most of the reception staff were lovely, and really tried to help. The bar staff were almost without fail rude and unhelpful. I was left standing at the bar waiting to be served, and when I was, my drinks were served with significant reluctance. I could not see any reason for this, and it was not an isolated incident. I had to ask for an extra bed quilt several times, and didn't get an extra cup for our room, despite attempts. |

Fabulous proximity for family needs ie nice easy walk to Marienplatz and bakeries and reaonably priced restaurants on way. Room pretty small for the 2 adults and 2 smallish children, but still overall happy. |

the hotel catered for children and had interconnecting rooms. No english tv channels especially childrens and movie channels. I know its a german country but for gods sake english is the most used langauge in the world so how hard would it be to have a few english channels. |

The location is realy far with out the metro u cant be in the dwon twon of the city. I had good experince with novotel hoel in dubai and egypt but this one in munich its realy bad and should not be 4 stars hotel its not fair for other 4starts hotel i think just 3 or 2 stars |

Hotel was very well located for centre and also for the tram service plus metro to airport.Staff were very helpful and friendly breakfast was excellant with very good choice Bedroom was a bit small |

The sauna area was great, though it would have been better with a more consistent application of dress code (or undress) I don't mind which, actually prefer the German standard, but it's embarrassing when not applied consistently. |
