Morning Buffet + Location - Hotel parking was full when we got there, but you can park at holiday Inn instead. / It was a bit cold in the room at night, and heater didn't work well. |

It is located in near the city center, not far from the Deutsch Museum. It's far enough from the main street so no big noise. |

Air conditioner, Pet allowed, Close to restaurants and bakery(for breakfast, cheaper!), easy access from UG parking to room, friendly reception. Door for the shower doesn't close all the way so floor was flood(need extra towel). |

Relatively close to city centre. Parking was readily available. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Relative to similar hotels we occupied in Cologne, Stuttgart, Wurzburg and Darmstadt, this was almost twice the price per night with only limited additiional added value. Further, all other hotels provided "breakfast included". Novotel Munich did not include breakfast in the basic price per night. |

The location is good and the breakfast buffet was excellent The room for 3 persons was very small for 3 people, and seemed to be just the size of an ordinary double room, although the prize was 1/3 more! The sofabed for the 3rd person was also not very comfortable so charging 100 euros per night for that was quite unreasonable... Also the distance between the bathroom door and the double bed was really too small! |

Very Modern Hotel. Clean and quiet compared to my friends who stayed close to Murien Platz. A bit expensive if your looking to save money but this was during Oktoberfest too. |

The staff, room, and location are very good. The breakfast is delicious! I would definitely stay here again. But the restaurant (lunch and dinner) is horrible, the food takes a long time to arrive, the portion is very little, the flavour and aspect of the food are horrible and it is expensive. It seams you are not in the same place of the one you had breakfast in the morning. I would be ashemed to serve a food like that. |

Flower arrangement at Lobby area. Staff -working like a robot. When I asked the Front office for help in connect outside line for me as I was confused with the area code , she answered that she was not allowed to make outside call for guest? I ended up made a wrong call to someonelse and paid for telephone cost. |

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean. The rooms too claustrophobic--odd to have to travel to a different room to wash hands after using the wc! Would have appreciated a few entertainment tv channels in english. |

The breakfast and location are excellent. The staff spoke English very well. Thought it was expensive for room design and comfort. The water from the shower easily sprayed on the floor of the bathroom. |
