Siisti ja rauhallinen huone. Hyvää oli lisävuodemahdollisuus. Hyvä uima-allas. Loistava aamiainen! Parkkitilat ahtaat lomakaudella. |

Uusi, erittäin siisti hotelli, jossa kaikki käyttämämme tilat aula, ravintolat ja huone olivat ensiluokkaisia. Sijainniltaan hotelli on omalla autollaan matkustavalle erinomainen, alakerran autotalleineen. Myös lyhyt kävelymatka keskustaan on maininnan arvoinen. |

Ripeä palvelu vastaanotossa, sekä tultaessa että lähtiessä. Ennakkoon toivotut toiveet huoneen kohdalla huomioitu. Autotalli selkeästi merkitty ja mahdollisimman kätevästi sijoitettu hotellin vastaanottoon nähden. Arvostan suuresti että ikkunat huoneessa voidaan avata. Huonetila oivaltavasti suunniteltu. Hienoa, että voi keittää teen/kahvin huoneessa. Aamiaisen hinta 17 euroa on mielestäni liian korkea, siksi se jäi nauttimatta. Asia joka jäi hämärään oli miten spa'han mennään, kylpypyyhkeessäkö? Tarkemmat ohjeet olisi pitänyt olla huoneessa saatavilla. |

Good located near the centre of the city and S bahn. Reception not very helpful!!!!!.They gave us wrong informations for a bus excursion to neuschwanstein and by our departure because of 10 min delay (12.10)they put our baggages out of the room. |

location. It was clean. I booked an executive suite. The 'extras' were NOT worth it especially the 'welcome basket' which consisted of a small plate of unripe fruit! Wish, wish wish I had just stayed in a standard room...... |

Top hotel. Modern, clean and has everything you need. Good location only 5 minutes in a cab to the very heart of Munich. Friendly staff. Would definitely use this as a base again. |

Very large rooms, very clean and comfortable, great for business trip. Would stay here again as value for money was terrific.Not exactly in the centre but still very close. 15-20 minute walk or 5 min walk to metro. Would definitely stay here again if you don't mind the walk. the elevators were very annoying! and the housekeepers kept knocking on my door early in the morning and would just come in. Even when i was on the toilet. was not impressed so leave your 'do not disturb' sign on if you want some peace and quiet! I also got a call from reception early in the morning telling me 'my car was here' but i never ordered one so was annoyed they had woken me up. |

Quality / price ratio is excellent for Münich standards Contrary to the name "City" the hotel is located in the Ostbahnhof area. Location is a bit funny, on a back road behind the Holiday Inn. For a taxi, better walk to the Holiday Inn where they are readily available otherwise prepare for a long wait. |

Morning Buffet + Location - Hotel parking was full when we got there, but you can park at holiday Inn instead. / It was a bit cold in the room at night, and heater didn't work well. |

Air conditioner, Pet allowed, Close to restaurants and bakery(for breakfast, cheaper!), easy access from UG parking to room, friendly reception. Door for the shower doesn't close all the way so floor was flood(need extra towel). |

Relatively close to city centre. Parking was readily available. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Relative to similar hotels we occupied in Cologne, Stuttgart, Wurzburg and Darmstadt, this was almost twice the price per night with only limited additiional added value. Further, all other hotels provided "breakfast included". Novotel Munich did not include breakfast in the basic price per night. |
