市内の観光には便利。朝ご飯もまあまあ サービスがちぐはぐ。チェックインしたら部屋が片づいていないところがあった。ベッドメークも、掛け布団を- 戻すだけというありさま。朝食についても直接朝のレストランで申し込んでくれと言われたのに、行ってみたら- なぜかレストランでは３人のうち２人まで申し込みされていた。結局、ご飯は食べられたものの、なんだか不愉- 快。部屋の構造も使いにくかった。 |

清潔で明るい印象の部屋でした。多少部屋は狭くなりますがソファーベッドを使用して、家族４人ゆったりと寝- ることができました。バスタブとシャワーブース、トイレが分かれているのが、日本人にはうれしいです。お湯- も沸かせますし、冷蔵庫もあって良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。Sバーンの駅に近いです。 朝食代と注射料金が高かったです。 |

ドイツ旅行歴は長いですが、ここの朝食は特に素晴らしいです。また、子供づれの家族が利用しやすい料金設定- になっています。 特にありません。（強いて挙げるなら立地条件ぐらいでしょうか。） |

最寄の地下鉄駅から徒歩5分ですが、2箇所ホテルへの案内表示がある。いずれも中途半端な矢印だったり、屋- 外の物は小さ過ぎて見つけにくい。歩く人の目線で案内表示をつけたら1日何組の人が安心して到着できるかと- 思う。 浴槽のあるツインの部屋で、ソファーはなし少し窮屈な感じです。小型冷蔵庫が部屋にあるのは便利でした。浴- 槽等の設備はピカピカですが、お湯を出すと水滴が落ち、着替えが濡れました。2泊するときベッドのシーツや- カバーは交換されないが、予約の際に確認できる方法を知りたい。省エネ、エコ対象のホテルは小さく書いてあ- るが1泊づつ別の部屋にしても毎日交換してらいたい。 |

バスローブが備え付けてあったのは便利でしたが、ある日ベッドにバスローブを置いて行ったら、お掃除の後そ- のまま放置されていました。クローゼットに収納しておけばよかったようでしたが、一言コメントして置いてい- ただければそうしたのですが…。 個室の室内は広く機能的なのですが、廊下（建物の構造）が複雑で、万が一の場合の避難経路に不安が残りまし- た。部屋からエレベーターまでが遠かったのも気になりました。 |

ダブルの部屋に、小学生の子供２人、家内の４人で宿泊(備考欄に子供２人が同泊する旨明記）。当日は４人宿- 泊用に簡易ソファーベットのメーキングと４人分のタオル、備品が準備されていた。 細かい点ではあるが、お湯の水量、ドライヤーのパワー、トイレがバスルームと分かれている点等家族で過ごす- 上で非常に使い勝手が良かった。無料のインターネットスペース(２台）、子供用のプレイスペース、無料のジ- ム、サウナ、室内プール等ホテルでも家族で楽しめた。中央駅から地下鉄で４駅離れているが、最寄の駅に近く- 余り不便ではないと思う。スタッフの方々は、とっても親切で丁寧。家族での旅行にはお薦めのホテルです。 ホテルのロビー、朝食時のレストランに、子供達が沢山いて少しにぎやかであった。私達の家族には好都合であ- ったが、人によってはうるさいと感じるかもしれない。 |

Very large rooms, very clean and comfortable, great for business trip. Would stay here again as value for money was terrific.Not exactly in the centre but still very close. 15-20 minute walk or 5 min walk to metro. Would definitely stay here again if you don't mind the walk. the elevators were very annoying! and the housekeepers kept knocking on my door early in the morning and would just come in. Even when i was on the toilet. was not impressed so leave your 'do not disturb' sign on if you want some peace and quiet! I also got a call from reception early in the morning telling me 'my car was here' but i never ordered one so was annoyed they had woken me up. |

Quality / price ratio is excellent for Münich standards Contrary to the name "City" the hotel is located in the Ostbahnhof area. Location is a bit funny, on a back road behind the Holiday Inn. For a taxi, better walk to the Holiday Inn where they are readily available otherwise prepare for a long wait. |

Morning Buffet + Location - Hotel parking was full when we got there, but you can park at holiday Inn instead. / It was a bit cold in the room at night, and heater didn't work well. |

Air conditioner, Pet allowed, Close to restaurants and bakery(for breakfast, cheaper!), easy access from UG parking to room, friendly reception. Door for the shower doesn't close all the way so floor was flood(need extra towel). |

Relatively close to city centre. Parking was readily available. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Relative to similar hotels we occupied in Cologne, Stuttgart, Wurzburg and Darmstadt, this was almost twice the price per night with only limited additiional added value. Further, all other hotels provided "breakfast included". Novotel Munich did not include breakfast in the basic price per night. |

The location is good and the breakfast buffet was excellent The room for 3 persons was very small for 3 people, and seemed to be just the size of an ordinary double room, although the prize was 1/3 more! The sofabed for the 3rd person was also not very comfortable so charging 100 euros per night for that was quite unreasonable... Also the distance between the bathroom door and the double bed was really too small! |
