Novotel Düsseldorf City West    

Perfect location for my work meeting, free apples in the lobby, friendly and helpful front-desk staff, and easy to get to Old town or the central station by tram once you know where to go.

Paying extra for the internet. The food also seemed a bit overpriced, but I didn't eat at the hotel so I can't comment on the quality - maybe it's worth it!

Clean, comfortable bed the bathroom was good with a proper sized hair dryer and heated mirror so no problems with steam.

It's in a walking distance to my workplace. Breakfast was good.

the smoking room had a very strong smell. i suggest more purifiers to be around. - the room was very cold.

Good option when traveling w/ kids - they stay free.

We booked Superior room which theoretically has minibar included and it is supposed to be refreshed EVERY day as it's included into the price. For one stay during 3 nights it was not refreshed at all, for another one for 5 nights on the 2nd day we were asked if we want to refresh it - but it was too early so we declined. Big mistake - they took it for granted and I had to ask them specifically to put some water into it at the end of the stay - so we got refill only on the 5th night before departure... Also the room cleaning quality really depends on the maid - can be good, can be quite poor and you will need to remind to bring paper tissues and other stuff to the room...

Perfect value for money for the kids. They stat free, they get presents, they have breakfast free and dinner at very special rates. Superior room via Booking.com is a real bargain - it was cheaper vs. direct booking and have Internet included (normally only 5 eur discount for one voucher so if you have more than one device you do the math) and also minibar included.

Parking outside the hotel (which is free) is extremely limited - like 10 places or so, and the hotel parking is way to expensive - especially for low season when there are little business travellers who can afford it. Also location - while quiet and near the airport - there is nothing to do around the hotel in the evening.

Very good and friendly staff. Customer service was very good and enjoyed the the food.

There is nothing to like at the hotel, staff very disorganised, basic close to the surrounding offices, 1st they did not have our two day booking and not being aware that we are two 2nd gave us a room, which was not cleaned 3rd we cleaning the room they forget to replace the towels 4th at check out they demanded a further € 15 per day all very disappointing

The usual Novotel standard that you can rely upon.

Nothing - everything perfect.

Shuttle bus from and to the airport in limited hours. High breakfast prices.

It really good located if you are going to Vodafone or some of the companies located in that area. Breakfast is quite good and the executive rooms are quite good for the price you pay.

The bathroom is not that great however not a deal breaker.

The location is close to the Am Seestern business area.

A bit pricey.

Μεγάλο δωμάτιο, πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πολύ καλό πρωινό, Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας/τιμής.

Το ότι κάποια πράγματα που ζήτησα στο ξενοδοχείο τελικά δεν τους είχαν μεταφερθεί πχ για το που θα έχει θέα το δωμάτιο.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher 3Sterne

Von der Ausstattung ist es kein 4-Sterne-hptel in Deutschland, vielleicht in Italien oder Türkei. Garage war zu teuer (18 €), Früstück war im Preis nicht inclusiv und für 19 € zu teuer, weil es keine Besonerheit war. Preis-Leisungsverhältnis sehr schlecht.

Schlechte akustische Isolierung zum Flur/Lift. Magere Zimmerausstattung.

Het hotel maakt een goede klantvriendelijke indruk. Prijs kwaliteit = goed.

Inmiddels ben ik er zeker 10 x geweest voor een overnachting. Bij het inchecken vragen de medewerkers steeds of ik al eerder geweest ben. Vraag: kunnen ze dat niet in de computer zien?

Habe meinen el. Frisierstab in der Garderobe meines Zimmers vergessen - der wurde aber "leider vom Personal nicht gefunden"!
