Simple

central location, clean rooms

no aircondition or ventilation, extremely hot in the room, inside the room you can hear every door of the surrounding rooms closing

Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms are quiet and peaceful yet the location is very central for train station, tram station and lots of shops.

Guests should keep their swimming costumes on in this public, mixed pool and sauna area for the comfort of other guests. My teenage daughters' trip to the hotel pool was spoiled by naked older men.

spacious rooms. location is really ok, if you have somthing to do in dowtown Duisburg, or need quick acess to train station.

staff is very unfriendly and incompetent. Hotel is located in a 1970s Shopping mall. Not the most pleasant immediate sourrounding

1-There was no wireless internet in the lobby.2.Staff could not manage the telephone calls from out of hotel. 3.There was a very strong smell in the lobby.

Very convenient position. Walking distance from the railway station (3 min) and on top of the main pedestrian street - really close to everything!

the hotel was very good, but please there must be some staff speaking english well because that was the most complicated problem.

the friendly service. hotel is close to main street with shops - although in the city of duisburg there is not much happing... nice for a day the most.

we had hoped for relaxation in the hotel sauna and swimmingpool which they have but was not in use at the time of our arrival.

it is close to the messe düsseldorf.only with strassenbahn about 45min.

breakfast is too expensive. they have an old slip system with the credit cerds

Im Zimmer kein Notizblock

Ruime en comfortabele kamer, goed geïsoleerd tegen lawaai van buiten, wel met voortdurend blazende airco ('s nachts wat minder, maar nog hoorbaar).

Die Lage ist gut, das Parken im Parkhaus recht günstig und die Einrichtung mit den technischen Möglichkeiten für 3* ok, auch das Badezimmer war ansprechend, was allerdings alles durch eine durch und durch ungenügende Reinigung und Pflege des Zimmers sofort jegliche Bedeutung verlor.

Einzig die Lage und die Einrichtung hat mir gefallen. Im Bett und im Bad waren schwarze lange Haare zu finden, an Wänden und Decken waren reichlich Spinneweben und nach dem Zuziehen der Gardinen überkam mich das dringende Bedürfnis mir die Hände zu waschen. Wir standen nachts 15 Minuten im Regen vor verschlossener Tür, ein Schild wies darauf hin, dass der Nachtportier auf seiner Sicherheitsrunde sei und eine Handy-Nr. war angegeben, leider ging bei dieser Nummer sofort die Mailbox an, sehr hilfreich!!! Für mich: nie wieder dieses Hotel!
