若干、ケルンの大聖堂から遠いのが難点。ただし、春＆夏なら明るいし散歩しながら行けて最高です。 |

comfort of the rooms and as we had a front bedroom the double glazing was very good, we could not hear the traffic from the very busy main road the fact that the bar is open most of the day we could not get cocktails until after 5pm why we do not know last year we had no problem, also the staff in the bar need retraining, if it is female staff they seem to treat male and female guest differently all smiles for men a little of hand with females |

Room good and clean. Food in restaurant good. Bar service good. Reception staff very helpful. Service in restaurant very slow. No coffee making facilities in room. Pillows uncomfortable. No safe in room. Breakfast overpriced. |

Very clean and friendly staff. Bus stop right around the corner - so handy for getting into city centre. Booked the superior room - it didn't seem to be all that big since I had two young kids.I didn't complain however since the room was adequate. |

The tastefull interior of the hotel, the nice clean room, the lovely breakfast (till 1pm on sunday!) with sight on a bit of green space enclosed by the conference rooms. Friendly staff at the reception, restaurant and in the bar. The bathtub in the room was too little to relax with two. It was not a full bathtub but a nice shower though. |

The rooms were clean and decorated in light colors what gave an airy feel on top of the already spacey rooms. Not really good location for a shopping trip. |

We like very much.The breakfest was perfect,hotel service just perfect.Also was very important that Hotel is easy to find. The towels not changed,for each person,also they are not changed shampoo and shower gell bottles.Cleanliness of our room coud be better. |

It was clean and ok for a one night stay. The room was small for 3 people, if we had stayed longer, it wouldn't of worked. It was avery long way from the train station and not located correctly on the map. |

Nice, clean room. Good location. Breakfast buffet was good, but a little pricey (15 Euro per adult), but kids ate free so it was worth it. Parking was additional (10 Euro). Room was very small. We thought a "triple room" would be bigger. The room was the same size as a standard. There was just enough room for the queen bed, couch and they added an additional twin size bed to the room (which you couldn't walk around, we had to separate the couch and twin bed to allow walking from the "room" to the bathroom). The twin was pushed against the couch to make another double bed. It was pricey for the amenities that it offered. We were told that parking would be free but ended up paying for it on checkout. |
