Computers and printers provided free of charge for hotel guest. Very unfriendly staff. Euro 179/night is way too much. Parking was difficult.

location near the metro stop and cleanliness personel not always very polite, could be the english, but they do not seem very hospitable or willing to give out information unless asked. The beds were also too hard and uncomfortable.

An ok hotel that is about 15mins on the underground into the heart of the city. We stayed for Oktoberfest and whilst the hotel was very busy the staff were prompt to provide assistance.

We liked the convenience of the train station within a block of the hotel.We were there on the first weekend of Oktoberfest so getting downtown was easy yet we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood around the hotel. The hotel breakfast was very good. Because of the location, restaurants outside the hotel were not available without driving or taking the train.

Good location - near a nice suburb like area with nice restaurants, delis, supermarket and bakeries. Also close to train. The centre was driving distance but it was nice to stay out of the buz of the centre in an area that was more like a small town. Had a pleasant stay.

We travel regularly as a family and always explore the Mercure option. We have had very satisfying experiences in other Mercure hotels in the past. For a family of six, the breakfast was ridiculously over-priced at €18/guest. It was not so much that we couldn't afford the daily €108 (x 5 days). It just seemed absurdly excessive. In fairness through, we had a lovely dinner in the same restaurant on the first evening of our stay. But, again, somewhat over-priced - particularly the wines. Price and quality should always match! While the rooms were refreshed daily, the failure to replenish the complimentary tea/coffee/milk despite repeated requests seemed most curious and more than mildly irritating. Our four daughters were delighted to hear that the hotel had a pool. But two strokes would get one from one side to the other - very disappointing.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the access to public transport (Neuperlach Süd station, two blocks away) was excellent. We stayed during the first weekend of Oktoberfest, and prices jumped €100 from the first night (the Friday before Oktoberfest) to the next. While that's to be expected, what angered us was the hotel's attempt to charge an automatic fee for the breakfast buffet, €18 per person, per night. That's a ridiculous sum, roughly 30 percent of the cost of our first night's stay and 16 percent of the second night. We went to the front desk and asked them to remove the sum, and they did. Likewise, the Internet wasn't free, and neither was an exercise room.

The hotel was clean and in a good area with free on street parking surrounding it. It was ideally located for sightseeing around Munich as it was not too far from the larger roads. The pool and spa facilities were closed during our stay which was very disappointing. The restaurant was very pricey and well out of a families budget but there are plenty of very good restaurants a short drive away. The room we stayed in was torture as it was next to some sort of hotel machinery - probably air conditioning. The constant noise and vibration was very poor. We travelled with family and they had paid top price for their room which was not, in our opinion, anywhere near as nice as it should have been. Added to that the pool/spa were not available and there was no recompense offered to guests.

The quietness and comfort of hotel due it's location in a busy city. The breakfast was nice with a lot of optional varieties of food The house keeper, when she open the door without knock it.

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich, von allem was und sehr lecker. In 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der nächsten u Bahn Station, das Auto kann man beruhigt in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage parken. Im gesamten war es ein sehr schönes Wochenende im Mercure Hotel und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich top. Wir kommen gerne wieder ....

La modernità Macchie sul pavimento. Assenza di spazio per accedere al letto matrimoniale. Telecomando del televisore non correttamente funzionante secondo le indicazioni fornite dallo stesso albergo. Atteggiamento efficiente ma poco amichevole del personale
