Computers and printers provided free of charge for hotel guest.

Very unfriendly staff. Euro 179/night is way too much. Parking was difficult.

Firm mattress, clean room and bed. U-bahn station is close by. Peaceful neighbourhoood.

The hotel is full with noisy teenager groups. The whole hotel is worn-out, should be rebuilt. The staff is correct but but not kind at all. I chooose this hotel because of the fitness facility, which was in a small room. I had to ask them each morning to open it. It contained 4 very old weight-lifting machine and an old broken stepper. Where did they get the picture of the gym in the gallery?

We travel regularly as a family and always explore the Mercure option. We have had very satisfying experiences in other Mercure hotels in the past.

For a family of six, the breakfast was ridiculously over-priced at €18/guest. It was not so much that we couldn't afford the daily €108 (x 5 days). It just seemed absurdly excessive. In fairness through, we had a lovely dinner in the same restaurant on the first evening of our stay. But, again, somewhat over-priced - particularly the wines. Price and quality should always match! While the rooms were refreshed daily, the failure to replenish the complimentary tea/coffee/milk despite repeated requests seemed most curious and more than mildly irritating. Our four daughters were delighted to hear that the hotel had a pool. But two strokes would get one from one side to the other - very disappointing.

This hotel had a great location. 20 minute train ride to downtown Munich. We traveled with 2 small children and it was a perfect location.

A good price for Oktoberfest period.

Good location - near a nice suburb like area with nice restaurants, delis, supermarket and bakeries. Also close to train. The centre was driving distance but it was nice to stay out of the buz of the centre in an area that was more like a small town. Had a pleasant stay.

We waren op doorreis naar Italië en hebben hier een tussenstop gemaakt. Ideale locatie en een paar honderd meter van de U-bahn (metro) waarmee je snel in het centrum zit. We zullen hier weer gebruik van maken als we richting het zuiden gaan alleen niet 1 overnachting maar een paar meer om München te verkennen.

Jelikož ostatní hotely v této čtvrti byly obsazeny, musel jsem využít tento i když byl poměrně drahý a proto jsem očekával alespoň vyšší kvalitu, která se nepotvrdila.

Hotel przestarzały - lata świetności ma już dawno za sobą... Wymaga rewitalizacji ewentualnie kapitalnego remontu zeby zasługiwał w pełni na 4 *, poza tym śniadanie powinno być wliczone w cenę.
