El hotel está en las afueras, pero cerca de una parada de metro que te deja en el centro de la ciudad en 15 minutos

Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y la nuestra tenía una ventana que apenas se podía abrir; era agosto y pasamos mucho calor

personel not always very polite, could be the english, but they do not seem very hospitable or willing to give out information unless asked. The beds were also too hard and uncomfortable.

An ok hotel that is about 15mins on the underground into the heart of the city. We stayed for Oktoberfest and whilst the hotel was very busy the staff were prompt to provide assistance.

Good location - near a nice suburb like area with nice restaurants, delis, supermarket and bakeries. Also close to train. The centre was driving distance but it was nice to stay out of the buz of the centre in an area that was more like a small town. Had a pleasant stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the access to public transport (Neuperlach Süd station, two blocks away) was excellent.

We stayed during the first weekend of Oktoberfest, and prices jumped €100 from the first night (the Friday before Oktoberfest) to the next. While that's to be expected, what angered us was the hotel's attempt to charge an automatic fee for the breakfast buffet, €18 per person, per night. That's a ridiculous sum, roughly 30 percent of the cost of our first night's stay and 16 percent of the second night. We went to the front desk and asked them to remove the sum, and they did. Likewise, the Internet wasn't free, and neither was an exercise room.

The hotel was clean and in a good area with free on street parking surrounding it. It was ideally located for sightseeing around Munich as it was not too far from the larger roads.

The pool and spa facilities were closed during our stay which was very disappointing. The restaurant was very pricey and well out of a families budget but there are plenty of very good restaurants a short drive away. The room we stayed in was torture as it was next to some sort of hotel machinery - probably air conditioning. The constant noise and vibration was very poor. We travelled with family and they had paid top price for their room which was not, in our opinion, anywhere near as nice as it should have been. Added to that the pool/spa were not available and there was no recompense offered to guests.

Ottima posizione, non in centro ma comunque vicinissimo ad una fermata della metropolitana, camere pulite e spaziose, colazione ottima ed abbondante, personale cordiale e disponibile

Nettes, modernes Hotel, welches verkehrstechnisch (U-Bahn)gut zu erreichen ist und nahe der City München liegt. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet, freundliches Personal, alles super, gerne wieder!
