We had a separate double bed for our kids (at no extra cost), which was made prior to our arrival. Helpful and accommodating staff. Quiet location not far from the downtown. |

Breakfast was nice, free internet access in the lobby, pleasant small garden. All the sixth (last) floor did not have air conditioning facility. We were staying at the hotel in July and the room was over 30°C! We opened the window, but in the back side of the hotel there was the motorway at short distance, so we could not sleep during our stay, both for hot temperature and for noise. I would recommend to stay at front side rooms and lower floors. |

It was close to Wuppertal The outside temperature was around 34C and hotel was like a boiler - steamy and hot. It is an old hotel and there was no airconditioner or even a fan. It was impossible to sleep. The management seems to have a very relaxed style - the ground floor bar was not attended and most of the restaurant staff were in the kitchen having fun. |

A nice hotel, with big room and all the conditions. The price was firendely. A good choice for who is travelling by car. I don't like carpets in rooms floor. Is not the most higienic. |

every thing was good as expected. the breakfast was poor, they only had flavor tea, many items at braekfast were missing like fried egg/ bake beans/ brown bread for toasting or their were no fish fingers or chips. |

Wir waren zwar nur einen Tag aber der Service und die Hotelangestellten waren überaus nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Hotel war in einen sehr guten Zustand. |

wij hadden 1 kamer gereserveerd voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen. Maar we kregen twee kamers met een tussendeur ! Hierbij hebben we wel geluk gehad, het is wel een luxe. Onze kinderen hadden dus wat ruimte om rond te lopen. |

Het was leuk & comfort hotel, vriendelijk & aardig personeel. Het onbijt voor 17,50 euro/persoon veel te duur.Het zwembad moet verbeter worden de kinderen. |

Sehr guter Autobahnanschluss. Guter Preis. Für mich günstige Lage. Zimmer hell und freundlich. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich habe das Doppelzimmer zwar alleine belegt, aber zu zweit wäre mir das Doppelbett mit 1,40 m Breite zu eng gewesen. |

Alles was keurig geregeld. Ontbijt was goed en was ook om 6 uur klaar wat praktisch was voor onze reis. Wij hebben een goed verblijf gehad. tip: vond de menulijst voor het diner niet erg uitgebreid. |

ottima posizione vicino al centro città e all'uscita della autostrada.ampio parcheggio a disposizione. Mancanza aria condizionata , all'ultimo piano la temperatura in stanza è insopportabile. Rumorosità dovuta alla vicinanza dell'autostrada. |

Sehr kompetente, hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Lüftung am Gang und in den Zimmern sehr schlecht -> trotz offenem Fenster blieb es extrem warm. Zimmereinrichtung schon eher abgewohnt. |

[1] Reserviert wurde ein nicht Raucher Zimmer. Bekommen haben wir ein Raucherzimmer :-( :-( [2] Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, Ambiente Stickich, Temp. im Zimmer >32°C, Mit geöffneter Fenster war zu Laut (Hauptstrasse Verkehr) :-( :-( [3] nur ein Kopfkissen für ein Doppelbett und für 2 Personen. Es wurde später um 01:30am einen zusätzlichen Kissen mitgegeben. [4] Minibar kältet die Getränke nicht :-( :-( . [5] Dusche (Telefon) falsch installiert, Wasser strahlt immer an die Wand nicht in der Wadewanne /bzw. zum Kunde. Innere Massen der Badewanne zu klein daher wird es unbequem und Gefährlich zum ein- und aussteigen. :-( :-(. [6] Internetverbindung am Eingang unbrauchbar, bricht ständig ab. MfG Dr. R. Dölling. |
