It was a good clean hotel and was convenient for our city shopping trip to Hamburg. It would have been nice to be a little closer to the centre but with the U bahn it would have not taken long we were a family that liked walkinng anyway. |

I liked the friendly staff, the size and cleanliness of the room. It was easy to get to and from the hiway. Good location, subway was located at the front of the building, or if you would prefer to walk to the city centre it was only about 15 mins walk. We liked the breakfast buffet on Saturday, but they changed the location due to renovations, and we were left with less choices such as made to order waffles/egg dishes/ The price was the same which should have been reflected lower due to the limited services. |

the staff was not friendly at all, when i asked the receptionist a question he showed that he was irritated with me. Our room wasn't cleaned properly, only the bed was made in our 5 day stay, the cleaner didn't even picked up our empty cooldrink tins, when i put it next to the dustbin, our coffie mugs wasn't cleaned, and i could complain because the staff couldn't understand english. |

Well positioned, although not in the city centre, but with underground (U-bahn) at fingertips. Staff helpful, wide choice of breakfast. If a lil bit cheaper, it would be perfect. |

Nice clean rooms, like the toilet separate from the bath, should have a sink in there as well. Parking garage was a good size and you could drive through and park easily . Easy access to hotel lobby. Not really close to all the sites and the staff didn't seem to have much info readily available regarding tours etc. Seemed to be more of a business hotel. |

Excellent Staff, clean modern hotel, relaxed friendly athmosphere, well behaved guests, good location for access to city centre. We have already booked another stay for ourselves, friends and family in July. One lift was out of order at the start of our stay which meant long waiting times or a climb up three floors for my wife who has back problems. The area in which the hotel is situated did not have any facilities such as shops or cafes other than one small shop nearby. |

The hotel was relatively easy to reach by car and had a car park and also offered family rooms, since we travelled with 2 adults and 2 children. The room was extremely small for 4 without much storing space - it was basically designed for the business traveller, who stays with little luggage for a night or two. It was also very uncomfortable that the toilet (which was separate from the bathroom) had no sink. |

The hotel is within walking distance (20 min) to the main station and the city centre. It is also conveniently located at an underground station. The room (2 beds) was very nice and clean. The price was quite high for a room without breakfast. |

Clean, excellent breakfast. Great service. Friendly staff.The easter 'chocolate bunnies' given out at breakfast - a really nice toutch. 3 times we ordered taxi's via the reception staff & 3 times they got the time and/or number required wrong.On one occassion we had 6 taxi's arrive for 4 people! |

Location is very convenient, just above a U-Bahn station. Easy to reach from the airport with S1 and U-Bahn. 18 Euro's for breakfast is just silly in a city with lots of nice coffee (not talking about starsucks). So we didn't have breakfast in the hotel. But it seems to be fashion among hotels recently to charge such astronomical rates for breakfast. |
